The MACIF insurance policy, under contract number 100022802FT, provides coverage only during the term of this

rental agreement between the vehicle owner registered on Campanda and the driver of the vehicle mentioned on the

first page of this handover form. Coverage applies only if the terms of acceptance (available on the Campanda

website) are adhered to.

The renter was given detailed guidance on the vehicle and made aware of its characteristics (especially the dimensions of the vehicle).

The driver has been informed that they are responsible for familiarizing themselves with their rights and obligations, and with the road traffic regulations of the destination country and any transit countries.

The driver has been informed that additional charges (see the “Vehicle Condition on Return (Fees List)” document) will be incurred if the vehicle is not returned as agreed.

Both the driver and vehicle owner acknowledge that they have read and accepted the conditions of insurance in their entirety (including coverage, maximums, deductibles, exclusions and breaches of warranty) and accept the consequences of non-compliance with the general conditions of use of Campanda and the insurance conditions, in particular that they shall incur all or part of the costs related to an accident or a breakdown in case of breach of their obligations.

The owner and the renter confirm the accuracy of this document and recognise that it forms part of the rental contract. Both the

owner and the renter have a copy of this handover form (i.e. photo, photocopy or scan).
