Takunda (Chairman): Msc Banking and Finance, FRM, B Comm Hons, IOBZ, MIRMSA, MTMSA). Takunda is the Chairman for Vena�on Group. He is a cer�fied Financial Risk Manager with the Global Associa�on of Risk Professionals. He has over thirteen years' experience in credit risk management and turnaround strategy, due diligence, valua�ons, rela�onship lending, credit, and advisory services. He has chaired the Nedbank Business Banking Specialized Finance and RegionalCredit Risk Commi�ee Mee�ngs. He is also a Global Independent Consultant for Nova Capital Global a New York based Investment Bank mandated to originate transac�ons from USD50m to USD400m in the US, La�n America, Asia, Europe and African Regions. Prior to joining Nova Capital, Takunda was Area Credit Risk Manager for Nedbank Corporate Banking .He has also worked for Standard Bank as Regional Manager.
