�e Company

Based in Trofa for over 25 years, we are a dynamic company that delivers a variety of solutions which contribute to the improvement of the conditions at the workplace and for the smooth running of production equipment, namely solutions for industrial dedusting, ventilation, energy e�ciency and ecology, painting and finishing, for multiple industrial sectors.

We project and developed products that are able to solve a wide range of situations in dedusting systems, air treatment, silage, industrial climate control, pneumatic conveyors, painting and finishing, etc.

A solid structure, reflex of our experience, allows us an ongoing monitoring - from project to technical assistance, going through manufacturing, assembly and maintenance, aiming to maintain a relationship of trust and satisfaction.

Energy and Heating

We provide a wide range of boilers, automatic discharge systems, rotating valves, discharge and transport gadgets, industrial heating and wood dryers.

�e vertical boilers are used in thermal energy production systems - hot water. Our wood dryers use, as heating system, the hot water produced in our boilers, the oil or the steam.Both the boilers and the wood dryers work in an automatic and controlled way.

Painting and Finishing

We design, manufacture and install pressurized paint cabins with water or dry curtains for the wood and furniture, metalworking, automotive and nautical industries, among others.

Integrated into a controlled environment, made up of sandwich-like thermal panels, a filtering roof for air circulation, a pressurizing group, heat generating unit and switchboard to control the electric fans, the temperature and the lighting.

The painting area is usually connected to the drying zone by means of sliding doors equipped with inspection windows and/or sanding areas. Pressurized air is injected under controlled constant temperatures, perfectly filtered.

Water Cooling Towers - Industrial CoolingIndustrial cooling processes put into play amounts of water of increasing importance. On the other hand, water has become a precious commodity and its consumption should be reserved for priority uses. �e water cooling towers allow to avoid growing costs of water, by reusing it in a closed circuit. Are an atmospheric water cooler that is used as and economizer and water cooler and in all processes that use heat dissipation fluid. ATEX and Anti Fire

�e ATEX standard must be implemented whenever the equipment operates in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres. We have a range of certified ATEX products from filter bags/cartridges, fans, articulated vacuum arms, as well as all parts and accessories like anti-explosion panels, check valves, etc.

We develop systems that detect and extinguish ignition sources for suction lines.
