First, a VenueQuest representative will consult with you to determine the appropriate number of guest rooms and meeting space that you need, and learn about the vision and objectives that you have for your event.

Then, we will take your information and develop a custom request for proposal that we send to all of the hotels that fit your needs.

After we collect bids from the hotels that are available for your program, we will contact each hotel to negotiate on your behalf and to ensure that you are receiving the very best rates, concessions and meeting space available.

Your VenueQuest representative will then compile the final hotel offers into an easy to read proposal that allows you to compare your options side-by-side, and ultimately make the best choice for your meeting.

Once you have chosen a hotel, we will immediately have the space put on hold for your group while we negotiate the terms of the contract with your best interests in mind, and review it for accuracy.
