Orders Orders for Catering Services can be made by phone, email or fax. Catering Services required with less than 48 business hours’ notice, on weekends, public holidays and/or outside of ordinary business hours (which are 6am to 4pm) may be honoured at our discretion and may incur a 20% surcharge. 2. Payment Options Fees for Catering Services for non-MNHHS customers can be paid by cash, credit card or invoice. Where you elect to pay by invoice, the final account will be invoiced to you after the Catering Services are provided, which you must pay within thirty (30) days. All internal accounts are processed using your Cost Centre Code. 3. Confirmation Final confirmed numbers are required 48 hours prior to your function. Final confirmed numbers will provide the basis for our invoicing. Should numbers increase, the final invoice will reflect these changes. Should numbers decrease, the invoice will reflect the final confirmed numbers. All increases requested to final confirmed numbers should be advised by phone. It is at our discretion to determine whether to accommodate these changes. 4. Platters and Trays Platters are supplied in even numbers only. Orders placed in odd numbers will receive, and be charged for, one extra serve on each platter. All trays are mixed unless a special dietary request is made. 5. Delivery If Catering Services require delivery by car, then a delivery fee will be calculated on order requirements and travelling distances. Where multiple deliveries are required, the delivery fee will be applied for each delivery. The minimum delivery fee for each delivery is $30.00. 6. Additional Charges Additional charges will apply for Catering Services requiring any of the following: (a) Crockery and / or cutlery; (b) Set up; (c) Ongoing service. You should contact us for details and applicable costs. You must pay to us on demand the replacement cost for any unreturned or damaged equipment which we provide to you as part of the Catering Services. 7. Cancellation You may cancel your Order at any time before the Catering Services are provided, but you must pay us the Cancellation Fee specified below if you do so. The Cancellation Fee is calculated on the basis of how much notice you give us. 1. OrdersOrders for Catering Services can be made by phone, email or fax.

Catering Services required with less than 48 business hours’ notice, on weekends, public holidays and/or outside of ordinary business hours (which are 6am to 4pm) may be honoured at our discretion and may incur a 20% surcharge.
