VERIFYING AND CORRECTING STUDENT ID
Log in at www.certiport.com and select “Organization Administrator” from the drop-down menu under “Welcome [your name]!”.
Click (don’t hover) on the “Reports” menu tab.
Click on “Results (264) Plus” link.

Enter the date range (up to three years), Program, and Exam Level of the exam detail you’d like to see. Click on “View Report”. You can export this report in a variety of formats.
To identify students with missing or inaccurate student/testing ID, please review the information in the “Student/Employee ID” column.

Student must log in at www.certiport.com.
Select “My Profile.”
Click “Edit” (top right side), enter the correct testing/student ID in the “Student/Employee ID” field.
Click “Submit” (lower left side) to save the changes.

STUDENT TASK: CORRECT A MISSING OR INACCURATE STUDENT ID
If the testing/student ID is inaccurate or missing, the student must log in to his/her Certiport Test Candidate account to correct the ID. See “Student Task” below.
