Verisae Mobile for Technicians

Verisae is a work order management software application in use

at Tesoro. This document explains how to start and complete

work orders from a desktop computer or mobile device.

Introduction

Verisae Mobile is a web-based application that can be used with

most browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) The

application can be accessed from desktop computers and mobile

devices (Apple iPhone/iPad, Android phones, and other tablets).

Starting Work in Verisae Mobile

Step 1: Type or copy/paste http://mobile.verisae.com/ into your URL bar.

Step 2: Enter your username and password. Click the “Login” button to

proceed.

Step 3: Select the My Jobs tile.

Step 4: Choose the desired work order from the list.

Step 5: Select Start Work from the Select Action drop down

Step 6: Choose the OK button to confirm work initiation. Now, proceed

with service.

Closing a Work Order in Verisae Mobile

Step 1: Select the In Progress WOs tile.

Step 2: Choose the desired work order and select Job Complete from

the Select Action drop down or within the Technician Detail section.

Step 3: Indicate the following to complete the job:

Misuse/Abuse to note where or not the service provided was due

to this reason

Fault to track the cause of the work order

Action to track the action taken to remedy the issue

Complete Comments to detail out what the issue was and how it

was fixed

Choose the OK button once all of the orange (required) fields are

populated to complete the job.

Step 4: Select the cancel button in the “Store Mgr Review” page.

The store will log in to Verisae to review and sign off on all WOs.

More Work Order Functionality in Verisae Mobile

Pause Work

1. Follow steps 1-6 in the “Starting Work” section.

2. Choose the Pause Work option from the Select Action drop down

or choose the Pause Work button from the Technician Detail

section.

3. Select a reason and add detailed comments as to why the work order

is being paused. Select the Save button to proceed with pausing the

work order.

Add a Technician

1. Follow steps 1-6 in the “Starting Work” section.

2. Choose the Add Technician option from the Select Action drop

down or choose the Add Technician button from the Technician

Detail section.

3. Select a fellow technician from the drop down list. Choose the Save

button to proceed with adding a technician to the work order.

Add a Part

1. Follow steps 1-6 in the “Starting Work” section.

2. Choose the Add Part option from the Select Action drop down or

choose the Add Part “+” icon next to the Parts Detail header.

3. Choose a part from the Choose Part pop-up

4. Modify the quantity (if applicable) and choose the Save button to

proceed with adding the part(s). Note: The ability to add another

part or remove an existing part is available to users from this page.

Log a Note

1. Follow steps 1-6 in the “Starting Work” section

2. Choose the Log Note option from the Select Action drop down

3. Select the Log Note option from the Reason drop down

4. Add any addition comments in the Comments text box

5. Choose the Email Details “+” icon to select the recipient(s) that will

receive this note via email

6. Choose the Submit button to proceed with logging the note

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t get service at the store?

If you don’t have sufficient service to log into the application, you have two options for starting work 1) Find a store manager and use their mobile device to begin work or 2) Call in to your office and request that they start the work on your behalf.

What if I need to leave the site? What if I need parts, for

example?

If you need to leave the site, you must pause work. You can pause work by navigating to the work order and then choosing Pause Work from the Select Action dropdown.

Can I add multiple technicians on a work order?

Yes. Multiple technicians can be added from the Work Order Summary screen. Click the Technician Detail row and choose Add Technician for each additional technician. Then, select

Start Work to begin work for each technician.
