VMC series is designed to increase the comfort level of the operator, and to reduce the operator's physical fatigue during long time operation. The distance between table and operator is reduced to the minimum, featuring easy loading and unloading of work pieces.

built for optimum performance
The sliding contact surfaces, flange of motor seats or ball screw seats are fine scraped by hand. The standard is at least 12-scrapes per square inch.
Direct CoupledThe X, Y and Z-axis servo motors are directly coupled with the pretensioned ball screws via German-made rotex precision flexible couplings, keeping the linear movement accuracy to the optimum condition.
The major structural parts are manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron (FC-30), hardened to over HB190 and tempered to relieve stress.Box ways on the three axes. Way surfaces are hardened to over HRC55 with over 2 mm depth.Slideway surfaces are coated with Turcite-B and combined with precision scraping.Three axes are equipped with class C3 and 36mm (VMC85 / 105) and 40mm (VMC116 / 126) diameter precision ball screws.
The hardened box guideways are heat treated with high frequency induction, the hardened depth is more than 2 mm. The surface hardness is higher than HRC 55.
