Vestibule-sluice is a security post with entrance lobby. Entrance and exit are realized through two doors with electro-magnetic lock system, whose operation is carried out from the security post.

Modular production is made in factory conditions under the control of the State Center for Certification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Modular vault is constructed by the minimal set of typical elements (panels and door blocks) produced by PRRACTIKA under plant conditions.

Modular design allows to build the vaults of any required configuration and space, including the mounting of the vault in the existing buildings.

The vault if needed can be dismantled and installed in the new place.

Operation hall consists of operation post with bank employees working places and client zone. Front side of the operation hall is made as cash-unit and completed with all necessary furniture.

To underline the individuality of every costumer, the front side of cash-cabin or operation post is decorated with different high-quality dressing materials:

- particle board laminated - artificial stone - natural stone.

Nowadays banks try to protect their employees and that is why PRACTIKA offers armoured cash-units with bullet-proof glazing (resistance level from 1 till 4).

By projection of these cash-desks all NBU requirements are met. Such armoured units have simple design that can be easily dismantled if it is necessary. Cashier working place is completed with furniture that is needed for the comfortable cashier work and qualitive service.

Cash desk hall consists of the cash desk cabin with front side on a client zone and cabin for converting of big amount of cash by the client.

Blocking of the door is realized with the help of the girth rail mechanism, that consists of the 10 moveable girth rails (6- horizontal and two girth rails upwards and two girth rails downwards) with diameter-40mm. Girth rails drive is realized by lever system of the central blocking mechanism with the help of rotary wheel.

Girth rail from the side of the vertical hinges is performed as a ledge along the height of the door leaf. Device that moves the girth rails is blocked by two not connected between each other locks of high secrecy “MAUER”. Every lock is completed with two keys.

In case of need (a big amount of cash was gathered or burglary threat arose) the cashier pushes the box and cash gets the safe-store becoming unavailable for the cashier and for the burglar.

Safe-collector consists of two sections:

Electric contact is provided by tinned braid (inset element) that is set into the screened stripe.

Along the whole outline of the door adjacency a contact band from non-corrosive steel is placed on the door leaf. A contact band is fixed to the trimmed surface of the door leaf with rivets (50 mm distance).

Bearing component of the door is a frame. It is weld-fabricated construction, made out of the bent shape.

Door frame is welded on directly to the metal panels of the screened premise by permanent junction. For the comfort of the exploitation there is a door-knob from the external side of the blade.

The door is destined for localization of electromagnetic radiation and providing a gangway in the screened premise. In a closed state the door provides a set efficient of screening by means of creation of the permanent electric contact between the ceiling and door frame round the all perimeter.

The basic assembly units of the door are a frame, door leaf with the catch gear, caging with lock and inset element.

Electric contact is provided by tinned braid (inset element) that is set into the screened stripe.

Along the whole outline of the door adjacency a contact band from non-corrosive steel is placed on the door leaf. A contact band is fixed to the trimmed surface of the door leaf with rivets (50 mm distance).

Bearing component of the door is a frame. It is weld-fabricated construction, made out of the bent shape.

Door frame is welded on directly to the metal panels of the screened premise by permanent junction. For the comfort of the exploitation there is a door-knob from the external side of the blade.

The door leaf is painted by powder dye.

In case of need (a big amount of cash was gathered or burglary threat arose) the cashier pushes the box and cash gets the safe-store becoming unavailable for the cashier and for the burglar.

Safe-collector consists of two sections:

? lower- safe- store, ordinary safe, that is opened in a safe time to carry out the cash

? upper – box, that reminds an element of cash register

Safe-collector is particularly designed for using it in the trade places where large amount of cash is gathered during the day and night and in the same time it is not enough protection from the burglary provided by others guards.

Design of the box consists of the steel basket with two doors made out of the reinforced aluminium shape with armoured steel settings.

Armoured glasses provide visual control of the loading and unloading process of the sluice on the both sides.

Opening of the doors is carried out manually. Electromechanical door locks are operated by the control panel from the cashier side.

Overall size and colour are individual according to the Customer request.

Blocking

Blocking of the door is realized with the help of the girth rail mechanism, that consists of the 10 moveable girth rails (6- horizontal and two girth rails upwards and two girth rails downwards) with diameter-40mm. Girth rails drive is realized by lever system of the central blocking mechanism with the help of rotary wheel.

Girth rail from the side of the vertical hinges is performed as a ledge along the height of the door leaf. Device that moves the girth rails is blocked by two not connected between each other locks of high secrecy “MAUER”. Every lock is completed with two keys.

Operation hall consists of operation post with bank employees working places and client zone. Front side of the operation hall is made as cash-unit and completed with all necessary furniture.

To underline the individuality of every costumer, the front side of cash-cabin or operation post is decorated with different high-quality dressing materials:

- particle board laminated - artificial stone - natural stone.

Nowadays banks try to protect their employees and that is why PRACTIKA offers armoured cash-units with bullet-proof glazing (resistance level from 1 till 4).

Modular production is made in factory conditions under the control of the State Center for Certification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Modular vault is constructed by the minimal set of typical elements (panels and door blocks) produced by PRRACTIKA under plant conditions.

Modular design allows to build the vaults of any required configuration and space, including the mounting of the vault in the existing buildings.

The vault if needed can be dismantled and installed in the new place.

Vestibule-sluice is a security post with entrance lobby. Entrance and exit are realized through two doors with electro-magnetic lock system, whose operation is carried out from the security post.

Vestibule-sluice is produced from the aluminum reinforced shape with armoured glazing. Shut sets allow to organize the pass by means of identity cards and inspection of the suspicious objects and documents.
