Viacom’s Pharmacy Plan transition to UnitedHealthcare became effective 1/1/13, UHC’s pharmacy is OptumRX.

Will there be changes in 2014?

• No. The coverage you have in 2013 continues for the 2014 plan year. This extends to the Prescription Drug List “PDL”

Can I go to the same pharmacy?

• You will have access to over 64,000 retail pharmacies including all large national chains, and many local, community pharmacies and the OptumRX Mail Service Pharmacy. To locate a network pharmacy, log into our Pharmacy locator at www.welcometouhc.com/viacom.

What happens to the prescriptions that I have as “Grandfathered”• The coverage exceptions you have in 2013 continue for the 2014 plan year.
