22-23 October 2014, Hotel Westin, Warsaw4th Edition of the Forum
4th Insurance Forum is a prestigious meeting of insurance leaders. Following the success of previous editions, the forum has become a fixed point in the calendar of events for key stakeholders from the industry. It provides an excellent opportunity for further debate on major issues, problems, opportunities and challenges which the insurance industry faces. The content of the forum is not limited to the discussion on the directions of development of the insurance industry or changes in regulations, but it also stresses strictly business issues, such as effective customers reach and the use of modern technology.
Profile of participants is another determinant of debates on striking topics related to the sector: the event is attended by key representatives of major companies operating in theindustry, regulators, government and service providers. With the simultaneous realization of events with the Warsaw International Banking Summit it is possible to achieve synergies by combining the participants of both events. It also gathers key representatives of the insurance and banking industries in one place and time in order to discuss and search for optimal solutions for the following years.

EVENT PARTNER:
This year’s Modern Debt Collection Panel will cover two main topics:
1. Real estate debt execution2. Pursuing claims against debtor’s successors
Real estate debt execution is cosidered by debtees as one of the most complex and complicated processes if it comes to enforcement of payments. Altough it is an expensive and long process it is becoming more and more popular. This year’s Modern Debt Collection Edition is focused on practical aspects of real estate debt execution from the moment of pleading the cause to precourt vindication, up to taking over the property after the unsuccessful auction and next selling the property in the free market. During the Panel there will be presented examples, which may extend, with present trends and solutions, the information and knowledge of people operating in debt collection environment. In the next step we will present the subject of pursuing claims against debtor’s successors. This process, as the experience shows, may be very effective if it is conducted in the right way. Our goal is to present the activities that must be undertaken by the debtee to efectively enforce the payment from the debtor’s successors.
