The idea is to encourage customers to visit even more often than they

might have otherwise, by bribing them with the absence of studio

fees, an ongoing discount and special perks designed just for them.

Hopefully you fuss over ALL of your customers anyway, but do make

an effort to know your VIPs, make them feel special, recognized.

Add VIP (each Kids/Adults) to POS

Customize the existing VIP email template so it’s ready to send

Post all info on your website VIP page

Begin pushing in studio, on your website home page and Facebook!

Offer incentives to employees for VIP sales. Maybe breaking a monthly

quota equals a cash bonus. It’s important to you, make it important to

them.
