2020 VIRTUAL FALL TECHNICAL SEMINAR & EXPO: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. With my sponsorship purchase, I agree to uphold the IKECA Code of Professional Conduct.

2. There are no discounts available to Sponsorship Opportunities unless otherwise specified by IKECA President, Randy Conforti or Program Chair, Randy Russo.

3. Elite Sponsorships with virtual exhibit booths are subject to assignment on the Virtual Conference Platform by tier of sponsorship purchased. I understand that if I wish to not have my virtual booth displayed by direct competition, I must email those companies to April Elligson, Director of Membership and Meetings, at the time of purchase.

4. Elite Sponsors with exhibit booths will be able to design their own virtual exhibit booth space. Training on how to do this via the Virtual Platform will be provided on a frequent basis. Contact April Elligson, Director of Membership and Meetings for more details: april@ikeca.org.

5. Sponsors must submit their logo in a .jpg or .png file upon purchase for immediate recognition. If this is not provided, I understand that my logo on IKECA’s website, conference marketing material, and/or the virtual conference platform will not be displayed. Sponsors may upload their logo at the time of purchase online or email April Elligson, Director of Meetings, at april@ikeca.org.

6. Attendee lists will be emailed to all sponsors approximately 1 week prior to the conference.
