UNOPPOSED ENGAGEMENT TIME The Industry Solution Center is the prime focus for attendees on May 14 and 15. Attendees are encouraged to visit the Industry Solutions Center prior to the sessions kicking off. During the conference, there are 2.5 hours of unopposed time daily, May 16-19.

FEATURED DIRECTORIESDirectories provide quick access for attendees to easily locate specialty areas of interest. Directories provide supplemental awareness and help drive traffic to your virtual page. Complimentary listings in the directories are based on engagement package level. Directory listings are available for purchase too.

ATTENDEE LIST RENTAL Invest in the attendee list rental with the added benefit of segmenting by attendee demographics, allowing you to reach your exact target audience. Each request is a one-time use of the mailing list or an email sent on your behalf by the ATS.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION AND EXHIBITOR ADMINThere are two ways exhibit staff can access and interact on the ATS 2021 platform – Exhibitor Registration and Exhibitor Admin.

Each engagement package provides a set number of Exhibitor Registrations:

Platinum = 15Gold = 10Silver = 5Bronze = 2

Exhibitor registration allows access to the Industry Solutions Center, educational sessions, and networking opportunities. To attend sessions that have an additional fee, or to claim CME, Nursing, or MOC Part II Credit, an exhibitor must register as a paid attendee.

Exhibitors are allowed an unlimited number of Exhibitor Admins. Exhibitor Admins can assist with booth setup, send meeting requests, and monitor booth chat. They cannot access educational sessions or networking events.

An Exhibitor Registration and an Exhibitor Admin have access to the Attendee Directory. Each can search and chat with attendees who Opted In to speaking with industry. We ask companies to be intentional when reaching out to attendees. Abuse of attendee chat results in an exhibit violation and a reduced number of attendees interested in opting in to speak with industry.

PAYMENT INFOFULL PAYMENTExhibitor agrees to pay ATS in the amounts and by the deadlines set forth. Full payment is due no later than, Thursday, April 8, 2021. If payment is not received by the deadline(s), Exhibitor may forfeit the exhibiting opportunity. Companies paying their balance due after Thursday, April 8, 2021 lose half of the priority points earned for ATS 2021 and are assessed a late fee of 3% of the total cost of the virtual exhibit. No company can participate unless full payment for virtual booth has been received. The payments under this Agreement shall constitute payment solely for the virtual exhibit program as described in the ATS 2021 Engagement Prospectus. Such payments shall in no manner be considered compensation or reimbursement for services rendered, activities undertaken by ATS on behalf of Exhibitor, or income from a partnership or joint venture.

CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation must be received by the ATS in writing. A refund, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the total virtual exhibit price is available until Thursday, April 8, 2021. After April 8, 2021 there are no refunds. Funds cannot be applied to other opportunities.
