Domestic Workers

* Visas B-1, A-3, G-5 are for employees accompanying their employer views or temporaryassignment to the United States. A household employee is usually a member of theservice staff, As Cook, butler, nanny or gardener. The type of visa depends on theseemployees immigration status held by the employer.

* A domestic or personal employee working for an employer that:

TEMPORARY RELIGIOUS

WORKERA visa applicant who wishes to work temporarily for a religiousorganization authorized in the United States must apply for a visa R. TheR visas require the employer (religious organization) fill out a petitionwith the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) before applyingfor a visa.

PRESS AND MEDIA

What is an I visa?

The I visa is for representatives of the press, radio, film or

other types of advertising media wishing to travel to the

United States for any job related to their field. Some

professions may qualify for an I visa are:

offices. These visa applicants need not generally be submitted to

the Embassy or not to CAS.

STEP 3:

Report to the CAS you selected (Bogota or Medellin) on the

date and time of your appointment, for taking photographs

and fingerprints. Visa applicants must submit their current

passport and confirmation sheet DS-160.

Bogota on the date and time of your appointment.

Pick up your passport with visa at the DHL office or CAS you

selected in Step 3.
