Current Status International exchange effectiveness is the area our school needs to

improve. We hope to strengthen this area through more exchanges

among pathfinder and mentor schools to expand our students’ and

teachers’ horizons.

Three things need changing in the next two years

Infuse IT application into teaching environment

Develop multi-innovative curriculum design

Set international school exchange learning

Ideas for Attaining the Vision Impact on School Administration and Students’

Abilities

Via e-campus innovation administration platforms, school can

conduct “action management” to show actions and

competitiveness

Via digital reading innovative teaching model, students can

cultivate themselves to possess 4cs (Critical Thinking,

Collaboration, Communication and Creativity)

Anticipated ChallengesChallenges for Attaining School’s Vision

Incapable of cooperating with innovation:

Everyone knows change is necessary, but people with less

abilities tend to

resist innovation.

Time constraints:

Teachers are too busy with their works. No matter how urgent

change is,

some people resist innovation.

Unwilling to cooperate with innovation:

People like to stay in the “comfort zone.” Any new change or

modification may lower their willingness to innovate.

Anticipated ChallengesOvercome Challenges

Change Teachers’Attitudes:

Showing innovative performance to teachers will construct an atmosphere

that we

are ready.

Well-planned Timetable:

Helping teachers manage time well will let teachers have more time to

learn, design

and operate ICT.

Enhance Teachers’ Innovative Willingness:

Infusing old courses into ICT will comfort teachers’ fear for innovation and

increase their willingness to innovate

Anticipated ChallengesHow can the Partners in Learning for School

Program community help us?

Through PIL and Virtual University learning and exchanges

from Pathfinder and Mentor Schools, Li-Chih High School has

gained a better ground in many areas of innovations. Being

a part of this project is quite an honor and privilege and

really helps us inspire our innovations and think of ideas to

overcome obstacles.
