principalStan Zaslavsky has been involved in the property development industry since 2001 and since then has been involved in hundreds of project transactions. The combined background of a licensed real estate agent with over 12 years of experience in property, together with a Double degree in Engineering and Industrial Design, brings together a unique combination to assist our clients in creating the most effective 3D imagery for marketing their projects.

design managerMilena Starikov graduated with Honours from the Bachelor of Design Degree (Interior Design) at Swinburne University in 2005. Since then she has had extensive experience working in both small and large local firms on a variety of different projects. Her role with Eagle Vision sees her managing the production flow whilst maintaining a strong design and quality focus in our work.

3D VCAT Photomontages & Evidence ReportsCombining existing photography together with accurate 3D CAD models, we produce project imagery to support town planning applications that can also be utilised in Tribunal hearings. These provide a much more effective solution to convince residents of the value of the development, versus simple traditional sketches and 2D architectural drawings.

Conceptual 3D Design Studies & CAD ModelsWe can work together with your architects throughout the design and development documentation process to create supporting CAD data either as shadow studies of the proposed design through to highly accurate 3D models to allow detailing and dimensioning of components of the construction.
