VIVA  LAS  VEGAS!!  DAY  1    WELCOME  TO  LAS  VEGAS    Arrive  to  Las  Vegas  McCarran  International  Airport,  located  just  (10)  minutes  from  the  famous  Las  Vegas  Strip  hotels,  makes  traveling  quick  and  easy.  With  the  2.4  billion  dollar  expansion  of  then  new  Terminal  3,  which  houses  all  international  travelers  along  with  some  domestic  flights,  guests  have  more  opportunities  for  convenient  travel.  Once  the  flight  has  landed  proceed  to  the  Ground  Level  where  you  will  be  greeted  at  the  base  of  the  escalators  by  Las  Vegas  themed  Entertainers  that  will  be  sure  to  set  the  tone  of  the  trip!  They  will  also  be  greeted  by  FDM  staff  with  designated  signs  who  will  escort  them  to  their  awaiting  transportation  where  they  will  be  transferred  to  the  host  hotel  where  they  can  freshen  up  before  the  night’s  activities.      LET  THE  NIGHT  BEGIN    After  a  long  flight  you  may  want  to  have  a  leisure  night  where  the  host  hotel  can  provide  a  Pool  Function.  While  they  enjoy  the  beautiful  Las  Vegas  weather  outdoors  guests  would  be  presented  with  tray  passed  appetizers,  food  and  libations  to  help  them  take  in  the  Vegas  atmosphere.  Vegas  is  the  entertainment  capital  of  the  world.  Guests  can  be  treated  with  larger  than  life  entertainment  that  will  be  sure  to  kick  off  the  week’s  activities.                

 

DAY  2    SHOP  TIL’  YOU  DROP:  FORUM  SHOPS  AND  LAS  VEGAS  PREMIUM  OUTLET    The  Forum  Shops  has  one  of  the  best  selections  of  shops  in  Las  Vegas!  Here  you'll  find  everything  from  famous  designers  such  as  Michael  Kors,  Versace,  Ann  Taylor  and  “Boss”  by  Hugo  Boss  to  popular  favorites  Diesel,  Guess  and  Banana  Republic.    With  more  than  160  stores  and  boutiques,  there's  plenty  to  keep  you  busy  for  an  afternoon.  Weary  shoppers  can  rest  their  feet  and  watch  the  statues  "talk"  at  the  Atlantis  fountain  show.    People-­‐watchers  will  get  an  eyeful  as  the  mall  itself  abounds  with  the  rich  and  the  beautiful.        But  don’t  spend  all  of  your  money  just  yet!    Just  north  of  the  strip,  we’ll  be  taking  you  to  the  Las  Vegas  Premium  Outlets.  With  over  150  outlet  stores,  get  ready  to  hunt  down  some  bargains  and  find  impressive  savings  at  stores  like  A|X  Armani  Exchange,  Calvin  Klein,  Coach,  Kenneth  Cole,  and  True  Religion  to  name  just  a  few.    LAS  VEGAS  TOUR  VIA  DOUBLE  DECKER  BUS  AT  NIGHT    The  excitement  begins  as  you  cruise  in  a  luxury  bus,  the  dazzling  City  of  Lights,  the  fabulous  Las  Vegas  "Strip."  See  all  of  yesterday  and  today's  famous  mega  casino  resorts  and  attractions  and  get  the  inside  story  on  how  Las  Vegas  earned  the  title  of  "Entertainment  Capital  of  the  World”!  Your  professional  tour  guide  does  their  best  to  time  your  tour  so  you  see  all  of  the  great  attractions  that  Las  Vegas  has  to  offer.  View  Mandalay  Bay,  Luxor,  Excalibur,  MGM  Grand,  New  York-­‐New  York,  Monte  Carlo,  Bellagio,  Planet  Hollywood,  Paris  Eiffel  Tower,  Caesar's  Palace,  Flamingo  Hilton,  Mirage,  Treasure  Island,  Venetian,  and  Stratosphere  Tower  rising  1,149  feet  into  the  air!  Your  first  stop  of  the  night  will  be  at  the  famous  Bellagio  Hotel  and  see  the  famous  Conservatory  and  "Dancing  Waters  Fountain  Show".  Next,  make  a  stop  to  see  the  erupting  volcanoes  at  the  Mirage  Hotel  and  no  tour  would  be  complete  without  a  stop  at  the  incredible  Downtown  Fremont  Street  Experience  Light  Show,  the  epicenter  of  Vegas  Neon  Lights!  Your  tour  also  includes  time  to  walk  around  Fremont  Street  for  some  souvenir  shopping  before  your  return  to  the  Las  Vegas  Strip.

 WORLD  FAMOUS  DINING    At  the  completion  of  the  Tour,  a  private  dining  experience  can  be  set  up  for  you  at  one  of  the  famed  Las  Vegas  Restaurants.  Las  Vegas  has  acquired  many  resident  chefs  over  the  years  varying  in  all  different  types  of  cuisines  and  cooking  styles.  From  award  winning  chefs  like  Wolfgang  Puck,  Emeril  Legasse,  Mario  Batalli  to  Joel  Robuchon  just  to  name  a  few,  you  will  see  why  Las  Vegas  is  now  one  of  the  top  cities  in  the  world  for  fine  epicurean  fare  for  the  discerning  pallet.  Based  on  the  group  size,  full  buy-­‐outs,  patio  dining  or  chef  tastings  are  available.    

                             

     

 

DAY  3    TAKE  TO  THE  SKY  

What  better  way  to  escape  and  visit  one  of  the  Seven  Wonders  of  the  World,  the  Grand  Canyon,  than  by  a  helicopter!  Your  Helicopter  will  depart  from  our  state-­‐of-­‐the-­‐art  Terminal,  conveniently  located  right  off  the  Las  Vegas  Strip.    Once  onboard,  the    flight  will  begin  with  incredible,  panoramic  views  of  nature,  such  as  the  Las  Vegas  Strip,  Hoover  Dam,  Lake  Mead  and  much  more.  You  will  then  descend  3,500  feet  only  to  be  captivated  by  the  fresh  air  and  landscape  of  the  Grand  Canyon.    After  safely  landing  inside  of  the  277  mile  long  canyon,  you  can  enjoy  a  champagne  toast  accompanied  with  a  snack  or  a  lunch,  hosted  by  your  Pilot.  You’ll  spend  plenty  of  time  in  the  Grand  Canyon  exploring  its  many  features  and  taking  advantage  of  the  remarkable  photo  opportunities.  Once  you  are  ready,  it  will  be  back  to  skies  as  your  pilot  lifts  off  and  heads  back  to  the  glittering  lights  of  Las  Vegas.  

NEED  FOR  SPEED    If  a  relaxing  leisurely  helicopter  tour  of  the  Grand  canyon  isn’t  your  speed  and  you’d  rather  have  an  adrenaline  rush,  then  stop  dreaming  and  start  driving!  Prepare  yourself  to  drive  a  few  laps  in  one  of  the  world’s  most  exotic  cars.  Choose  a  car  from  a  fleet  including  Ferrari,  Lamborghini,  Aston  Martin,  Porsche  or  Audi  to  race  on  a  real  racetrack,  the  Las  Vegas  Motor  Speedway.    Push  the  limits  of  performance  with  1-­‐on-­‐1  coaching  from  professional  instructors.    Who  knows,  maybe  you’ll  find  yourself  test-­‐driving  your  next  car.    VISIT  THE  WILD  WEST    Cap  off  your  day  with  a  dinner  fit  for  a  cowboy  (or  girl  J)  at  Bonnie  Spring  Ranch.  Originally  built  in  1843  as  a  stop-­‐over  for  the  wagon  trains  going  to  California  down  the  Old  Spanish  Trail,  since  1952,  the  ranch  has  been  used  as  a  tourist  attraction.  Entertain  yourself  with  Old  Las  Vegas  artifacts  and  a  rebuilt  mining  town.  Once  you  made  your  way  around  the  Old  Nevada  town,  enjoy  some  good  ol’  fashioned  barbeque  cooking.    While  you  are  eating  take  yourself  back  in  time  and  watch  how  the  cowboys  used  to  gun  fight  and  watch  a  mock  western  hanging!  The  fun  doesn’t  end  there…  after  your  dining  experience,  join  the  party  in  the  saloon  where  you  can  enjoy  the  music  of  a  Country  band  and  learn  how  to  line  dance.            

 

DAY  4    MISSION  LAS  VEGAS  -­‐  TEAMBUILDING    Are  you  looking  for  a  fun  way  to  bring  your  group  together?  Inspired  by  the  popular  television  show  The  Amazing  Race,  Mission:  Las  Vegas  pits  teams  in  a  race  around  the  Las  Vegas  Strip  to  see  who  can  complete  the  most  number  of  challenges  within  the  allotted  time  frame.  After  your  group  has  been  separated  into  teams,  each  team  will  be  given  a  notebook  containing  roughly  26  challenges  to  accomplish.  All  challenges  range  from  re-­‐enacting  historically  significant  photos  at  various  landmarks  to  riding  the  tallest  Las  Vegas  thrill  ride.    Once  time  is  up,  teams  will  return  to  headquarters  where  they  have  their  notebooks  will  be  graded  and  get  a  chance  to  sample  each  team’s  photos  as  they  watch  a  slideshow  commemorating  the  day’s  accomplishments.    In  the  end,  an  awards  ceremony  will  be  held  where  one  team  will  be  crowned  the  champions  of  Mission:  Las  Vegas!

“ONE”  and  FLEUR  BY  HUBER  KELLER  AT  MANDALAY  BAY    Not  looking  for  “LOVE”?  Then  begin  your  night  at  Fleur  by  Master  Chef  Hubert  Keller.  Fleur  by  Hubert  Keller  offers  small  plates  from  around  the  world  featuring  intense  flavors  and  exotic  presentations  in  a  fun,  social  environment.  Fleur  offers  casual  seating  at  the  bar,  lounge  and  patio  as  well  as  a  more  intimate  experience  in  our  stunning  dining  room.  Try  one  of  our  hand  crafted  mixology  masterpieces  as  is,  or  add  a  dash  of  Liquid  Nitrogen  and  take  your  drink  to  the  next  level.  Your  group  will  be  treated  to  a  cocktail  reception  in  the  Fleur  Lounge,  followed  by  a  wine  pairing  and  dinner  in  the  restaurant.    If  Chef  Keller  is  available,  he  would  be  happy  to  stop  by  and  greet  your  guests  personally  and  sign  cookbooks  for  the  guests  as  well.  After  dinner  you  will  proceed  just  moments  away  to  the  Mandalay  Bay  theatre  to  see  the  newest  cirque  show  on  the  Las  Vegas  strip,  Michael  Jackson’s  “ONE”      Michael  Jackson  ONE  is  a  theatrical  evocation  of  Michael's  creative  genius.  Guided  and  inspired  by  his  music,  four  misfits  set  out  on  a  transformative  adventure.  By  journey's  end,  they  will  personify  Michael's  agility,  courage,  playfulness  and  love.  “Michael  believed  that  all  people  are  unique  and  equal  regardless  of  race  or  culture.  His  message  was  one  of  unity,  harmony  and  hope  for  a  better  world.  At  once  evocative  and  enigmatic,  the  name  ‘Michael  Jackson  One’  also  presents  a  paradox:  Michael  was  a  multifaceted  artist  who  strove  to  fuse  together  various  musical  styles  and  art  forms.  It  is  a  fitting  title  for  a  unifying  journey  into  the  world  of  The  King  of  Pop,  the  genius,  the  visionary,  the  One.”          

 

DAY  5    FORE!!!!    Wake  up  to  the  sunrise  by  beginning  your  day  playing  a  game  of  golf.  Once  you  make  your  way  to  the  Lobby,  there  will  be  arranged  transportation  ready  to  take  you  to  the  only  championship  course  located  directly  on  the  famed  Las  Vegas  Strip.  Bali  Hai  is  a  pleasantly  unexpected,  golfers  tropical  paradise.  Playing  to  7,002  yards  this  Schmidt/Curley  design  is  highlighted  by  7  acres  of  water  features,  a  spectacular  island  green,  more  than  4,000  trees  including  2,500  stands  of  towering  palms  and  100,000  tropical  plants  and  flowers.  Transition  zones  are  accented  with  Augusta  white  sand  and  set  off  by  black  volcanic  rock  outcroppings.  Amazing  views  of  the  Strip  can  be  found  from  fairways  and  tee  boxes  throughout  the  course.    

LUNCH  ON  THE  COURSE  

After  a  morning  on  the  course,  enjoy  a  wonderful  lunch  at  Cili.  Cili  is  a  unique  and  exotically  themed  gourmet  restaurant  located  on  the  Las  Vegas  Strip  at  the  nationally  recognized  Bali  Hai  Golf  Club.  Entering  through  the  ornate  double  doors,  you  will  be  transported  to  a  Balinese  paradise  where  attention  to  detail  and  to  dining  enjoyment  is  immediately  apparent.  The  richly  appointed  South  Pacific  decor  is  a  visual  appetizer  before  experiencing  Contemporary  American  Cuisine  with  Asian  Influences,  exquisitely  prepared  with  only  the  freshest  ingredients.  The  stunning  design  is  host  to  three  spacious,  yet  intimate  dining  areas,  each  with  wrap  around  patios.  Once  you  are  done  indulging  transportation  will  be  waiting  for  you  outside  of  the  entrance  ready  to  take  you  back  to  your  hotel  where  you  will  dress  for  your  Gala.

DAY  6    DEPARTURE    After  waking  up  to  a  beautiful  sunrise  over  the  Las  Vegas  strip,  it  is  now  time  to  continue  your  journey.  Our  staff  will  once  again  meet  you  at  your  host  Hotel  and  be  ready  to  escort  you  to  your  Transportation  to  assure  that  you  have  the  proper  good  bye  until  next  time.      NOT  READY  TO  GO  HOME?    SAN  DIEGO  Continue  your  experience  by  taking  a  short  trip  from  Las  Vegas  to  beautiful,  sun  filled  San  Diego.  Bordered  by  the  Pacific  Ocean  to  the  west,  the  Anza-­‐Borrego  Desert  and  the  Laguna  Mountains  to  the  east,  and  Mexico  to  the  south,  the  diverse  neighborhoods  of  San  Diego  are  spread  out  over  4,200  square  miles,  offering  endless  opportunities  for  exploration  and  activities.  Spend  a  day  relaxing  in  one  of  the  many  beach  communities,  then  hiking  in  the  east  San  Diego  County  mountains  the  next.  Explore  the  urban  neighborhoods  of  San  Diego’s  downtown,  from  the  iconic  Gaslamp  District  to  the  eclectic  community  of  Hillcrest.  Visit  the  quaint  and  charming  island  town  of  Coronado  or  the  picturesque  village  of  La  Jolla.  San  Diego’s  regions  are  so  unique  and  diverse;  there  are  plenty  of  options  to  discover  something  new  each  time  you  visit.    EXPLORE  AMERICA    If  San  Diego  is  not  what  you’re  looking  for  how  about  wine  tasting  in  Napa  Valley  and  a  walking  tour  of  fisherman’s  wharf,  pier  39  and  the  Golden  Gate  bridge  in  San  Francisco?      Not  a  lover  of  fine  wine  but  of  fine  things,  perhaps  a  stop  in  Hollywood  to  snap  your  picture  with  your  favorite  movie  star  on  the  Walk  of  fame  followed  by  a  little  shopping  on  Rodeo  drive.      Frank  Sinatra  wasn’t  just  a  fan  of  Las  Vegas,  how  about  a  trip  to  his  favorite  city,  the    Big  Apple,  New  York  New  York.    Shopping  in  Times  Square,  a  ferry  ride  to  Ellis  Island  to  see  the  Statue  of  Liberty,  and  for  those  without  a  fear  of  heights,  a  ride  to  the  top  of  the  Empire  state  building.    If  you’re  looking  for  more  relaxing  than  fun  in  the  sun,  than  what  better  than  an  extended  layover  on  the  Island  State  of  Hawaii.    Tropical  drinks,  pristine  beaches  and  the  crystal  blue  waters  of  the  Pacific  Ocean  would  be  an  ideal  end  to  an  amazing  trip.
