*Introduction*Mental health issues are a huge problem that affects many people in modern society. One such age group heavily affected by it us teenagers. In this documentary we will explore people ‘s attitudes ad hopefully give you a better awareness of the issues surrounding mental health.

*Pan of college*20 percent of students consider themselves to suffer from a mental health issue, with 13 percent of these being victim to suicidal thoughts. The number is rising, but the government spending is decreasing.

*VOXPOP Question 1*We got some interviews with some students from Solihull Sixth Form College to see how much they knew about mental health issues.

*VOXPOP Question 2*They gave their opinion to the extent of how mental health problems are being dealt with.

*VOX POP Question 4*15 million out of the 60 million in the UK will be affected by mental health, we wanted to know how many people they thought would be affected.

*Professional interview with Tom Krawec*We caught up with an experienced psychology teacher at Solihull Sixth Form College to see what he had to say about mental health in teenagers and the effect it has.
