TAKE NOTICE THAT the Sorell Council at its ordinary meeting of Tuesday 21 June 2016 by the following resolution resolved to declare the section of road as a highway maintainable by Council: RESOLUTION No. 12.1-106/2016 That: Pursuant to Sections 10 and 12 of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 Council resolves to extend the remaining access strip of approximately 194 metres, as generally shown in blue on plan below as Boathouse Rise Lewisham is a local highway maintainable by the Council in accordance with the Act: The land access strip comprised and described in Certificate of Title CT6275 Volume 15 together with that section of road known as Boathouse Rise, Lewisham.

Watercourse Authorities within Specified Irrigation DistrictsI, JEREMY ROCKLIFF, Minister for Primary Industries and Water, acting pursuant to section 11 of the Water Management Act 1999 hereby exempt all persons who wish to convey water, that has been taken and stored pursuant to this Act, via any watercourse located within the Irrigation Districts listed below, from obtaining a Watercourse Authority under Part 6A of this Act, subject to them obtaining the prior approval of the relevant Responsible Water Entity to convey the water.(1) River Clyde Irrigation District(2) Cressy Longford Irrigation Water District(3) Lake Leake/Elizabeth/Macquarie River Irrigation District(4) Tooms Lake/Macquarie River Irrigation DistrictThis exemption takes effect on 1 October 2016 and remains in force for a period of 3 years unless otherwise revoked. Expressions used in this exemption have the same meaning as in the Water Management Act 1999.

Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982
