• We ask that each volunteer does not show up earlier than 30 minutes before their scheduled shift.

• Volunteers will be asked to leave immediately after their shift. Volunteers will not be allowed to walk around the course or watch golf after their shift is done. Guidelines are followed as given to us from PGA Headquarters and city officials. I know this is different than in years past, but in order to keep our tournament as safe as possible, the less people on site, the better for everyone.

• Volunteers will not be allowed on site unless they are scheduled to work. Please do not come to the course on days you are not scheduled to work. You will be turned away at the gate.

• Volunteers will receive a meal voucher when they check in at Volunteer HQ. The meal voucher can be redeemed at the food service tent located next to the volunteer tent. Lunch will be served from 11am – 3:30pm each day. Please plan accordingly to enjoy your lunch prior to or after your assigned shift. Snacks and beverages will be available in the volunteer tent.

Important: We ask that you stay home if you wake up feeling ill, have a fever or have come in contact with someone who was tested positive for COVID. Please don’t be afraid to not show up last minute if you are feeling ill. We will make sure your position is covered.

Contact Amanda Greathouse at 404.370.8365 or your chairman if you can no longer work your shift.

The PGA TOUR and the TOUR Championship will only operate an event when it is deemed safe and responsible to do so by local and state government agencies in the communities in which we play. We will work closely with local health authorities and follow the guidance of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our medical advisory team, and state and local health officials on how to operate as safely as possible. The safety of our volunteers, players, caddies and staff are our top priority.

Social Distancing

It is important that EVERYONE practices social distancing in order to help maintain a safe environment. If you are unable to keep 6ft apart from anyone on course, you MUST wear a mask. We will provide a mask for every volunteer in their uniform package and will distribute them during tournament week as needed. ecommeolid colored masks that do not have branding that may compete with our official partners in case you appear on the TV broadcast"

Screening and Testing

A comprehensive plan has been developed which includes thermal/temperature readings for EVERYONE on-site each day. When entering the tournament through the Alston Gate, you will get your temperature checked and be asked several COVID-19 screening questions. Once you are cleared, you will move on to security.

Sanitizing

Tournaments will implement enhanced cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting practices in all areas of tournament operations, and vendors will be required to provide their health and safety protocols for complete transparency. To promote a Safety-First mindset, it is also our responsibility to educate ourselves and others on the proper use of both sanitizing and disinfecting wipes.

We ask our Volunteers to lead by example and do your part to keep yourself and others working in the safest environment possible.

• Social distancing is maintaining at least 6 feet of distance between myself and others.

• If social distancing cannot be maintained, a mask is required.

• There are specific modifications to all volunteer roles to minimize touchpoints and person-to-person interaction. Please check with your chairman to understand the specifics of your position and how it may be modified from years past.

• Walking is highly encouraged in place of golf cart use, however if a golf cart is essential to perform the tasks the following guidelines should be followed:
