Returns and Service Cancellations
You are given a warranty for defective equipment and it can be replaced at not cost to you for up to one year. To replace a landline unit, the cost to you would be $159. This is the same price for the cellular home unit if you need to replace it. The mobile care unit $249.
Pricing
Home Medical Unit $29.00 per month Cellular Home Unit $35 per month There are no equipment fees upfront and you simply pay the first month of service in advance and then return the equipment when you are done with monitoring services. There are no contracts with services either, you can cancel anytime and pay per month.

Located in Franklin Ohio, with a backup in Springboro Ohio, you know you can get through at any time. They have triple redundant critical systems, back up generators, power, and telecommunication networks to keep things running in the event of a local disaster.
