iii) In the Selection process, an applicant has to obtainhigh marks in the test and rank sufficiently higher to beallowed for next stage for further process of selection.The minimum marks will be decided by the Companybased on the performance of the applicants in theonline examination only. However, since the finalselection would depend on the number of vacanciesas also relative performance, merely qualifying in theonline examination will not entitle an applicant toappointment in the Company. If required a TRADE TESTwill be conducted to determine the ability of theCandidates.

iv) The online written examination will be held tentativelyin the month of May/June 2017. The exact date, session,reporting time of examination will be mentioned in thecall letter. The examination will be conducted online invenues given in the respective call letters. Theapplicants will have to take the examination on anddate and time as indicated in the call letter at their owncost. The applicants are requested to keep checkingtheCompany’s website http:igmhyderabad.spmcil.comfor any change in the examination date.

v) The online written Examination will be conducted at thefollowing centres:

1) Hyderabad 2) Kolkata/Greater Kolkata 3) Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai/Greater Mumbai 4) New Delhi -NCR

vi) Applicants should select only one centre. Choice ofcentre once exercised by the applicant will be final. Norequest for change of centre/venue/date/session foronline examination shall be entertained. If sufficientnumber of applicants does not opt for a particular centrefor online examination, the Company reserves the rightto allot any other adjacent centre to those applicantsOR if the number of applicants is more than the capacityavailable for online examination for a centre. TheCompany reserves the right to allot any other centre tothe candidate. The Company reserves the right to cancelany of the centres and/or add some other centres at itsdiscretion, depending upon the response,administrative feasibil ity etc. The Company alsoreserves the right to allot the applicants to any of thecentres other than the one he/she has opted for eitherwithin the state or outside the state.

vii) All applicants will have to appear for the onlineexamination at their own risks and expenses. Companywill not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. ofany nature.

viii) Admission to the online examination will be purelyprovisional without verification of Age /qualification/experience/category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-S) etc. of theapplicants. Each applicant should, therefore, ensure

that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria and that theparticulars furnished in the application are completeand correct in all respects. In case it is decided at anystage that an applicant does not fulfil the eligibilitycriteria and/ or has furnished incorrect/ false informationor has suppressed any material information, his/hercandidature will be cancelled. If any of these shortcomings are detected after appointment his/herservices will be summarily terminated without givingany notice, or any compensation in lieu thereof.

ix) Download of Call letter - Applicants who haveregistered Online will be allowed to download onlinecall letters for the “Online” examination on the basis ofthe information furnished In the Online application. Nodetail scrutiny of application will be carried out at thetime of issuing call letters Online. The call letters canbe downloaded from the Company’s website http://igmhyderabad.spmcil.com. Once the applicant clicksthe relevant link, he/she can access the window for callletter download. The applicant is required to use (I)Registration Number/Roll Number, (II) Password/Dateof Birth for downloading the call letter. Applicants arerequired to affix recent recognizable photograph on thecall letter preferably the same as provided duringregistration. Applicants have to appear at theexamination centre with (i) Original Call Letter and (ii)Original Photo Identity Proof as specif ied andmentioned in call letter. Applicants are also required tobring one photocopy of the original photo identity proof.Intimation for downloading call letter will also be sentthrough email/SMS to the email id and mobile numberas given by them in the online application form.However, applicants should keep checking the abovewebsite for latest updates.

x) Applicants reporting late for online examination:Applicants reporting late for online examination i.e. afterthe reporting time specified on the call letter forExamination will not be permitted totake the examination. The reporting time mentionedon the call letter is prior to the Start time of the test.Though the duration of the examination is one hour,applicants may be required to present at the venue forabout 3 hours including the time required forcompletion of various formalities such as verificationand collection of various requisite documents, loggingin, giving of instructions for online test.

xi) The possibility of occurrence of some problem inadministration of the examination cannot be ruled outcompletely which may impact test delivery and/or resultfrom being generated. In that event, every effort will bemade to rectify such problem, which may includemovement of candidates, delay in test. Conduct of a re-exam is at the absolute discretion of test conductingbody. Candidates will not have any claim for a re-test.Candidates not willing to move or not willing toparticipate in the delayed process of test delivery shallbe summarily rejected from the process.

xii) If the examination is held in more than one session,the scores across various sessions will be equated toadjust for slight differences in difficulty level of differenttest batteries used across sessions. More than onesession are required if the nodes capacity is less orsome technical disruption takes place at any center orfor any applicant.

xiii) In order to overcome the possibility of applicantsseeking help of other applicants during the onlineexamination, an analysis of the responses (answers)of individual applicants with those of other applicantsin the online examination to detect patterns of similarityof right and wrong answers will be done. On the basisof such an analysis, it is inferred/concluded that theresponses have been shared and scores obtained arenot genuine/valid, the Company reserves the right tocancel the candidature of the concerned applicant andthe result of such applicants (disqualified) will bewithheld. Hence the applicants are advised in their owninterests not to indulge in any unfair practice/malpractice in the examination.

xiv) Instances for providing incorrect Information and/orprocess violation by an applicant detected at any stageof the selection process will lead of disqualification ofthe applicant from the selection process and he/shewill not be allowed to appear in any SPMCIL recruitmentprocess in the future. If such instances go undetectedduring the current selection process but are detectedsubsequently, such disqualification will take place withretrospective effect.

Norequest for change of centre/venue/date/session foronline written examination shall be entertained. Ifsufficient number of applicants does not opt for aparticular centre for online examination, the Companyreserves the right to allot any other adjacent centre tothose applicants OR if the number of applicants is morethan the capacity available for online examination for acentre. The Company reserves the right to allot anyother centre to the candidate. The Company reservesthe right to cancel any of the centres and/or add someother centres at its discretion, depending upon theresponse, administrative feasibility etc. The Companyalso reserves the right to allot the applicants to any ofthe centres other than the one he/she has opted foreither within the state or outside the state.

viii) All applicants will have to appear for the onlineexamination at their own risks and expenses. Companywill not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. ofany nature.

ix) Admission to the online examination will be purelyprovisional without verification of Age/qualification/experience/category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/ExS) etc. of theapplicants. Each applicant should, therefore, ensurethat he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria and that the

xi) Applicants reporting late for online examination:Applicants reporting late for online examination i.e. afterthe reporting time specified on the call letter forExamination wil l not be permitted to take theexamination. The reporting time mentioned on the callletter is prior to the Start time of the test. Though theduration of the examination is 60 minutes forSupervisors / 90 minutes for Jr. Office Assistants,applicants may be required to be present at the venuefor about 4 hours including the time required forcompletion of various formalities such as verificationand collection of various requisite documents, loggingin, giving of instructions for online test.

xii) The possibility of occurrence of some problem inadministration of the examination cannot be ruled outcompletely which may impact test delivery and/or resultfrom being generated. In that event, every effort will bemade to rectify such problem, which may includemovement of candidates, delay in test. Conduct of a re-exam is at the absolute discretion of test conductingbody. Candidates will not have any claim for a re-test.Candidates not willing to move or not willing to participatein the delayed process of test delivery shall be summarilyrejected from the process.

xiii) If the examination is held in more than one session,the scores across various sessions will be equated toadjust for slight differences in difficulty level of differenttest batteries used across sessions. More than onesession are required if the nodes capacity is less orsome technical disruption takes place at any center orfor any applicant.

xiv) In order to overcome the possibility of applicantsseeking help of other applicants during the onlineexamination, an analysis of the responses (answers)of individual applicants with those of other applicants inthe online examination to detect patterns of similarity ofright and wrong answers will be done. On the basis ofsuch an analysis, it is inferred/concluded that theresponses have been shared and scores obtained arenot genuine/valid, the Company reserves the right tocancel the candidature of the concerned applicant andthe result of such applicants (disqualified) will bewithheld. Hence the applicants are advised in their owninterests not to indulge in any unfair practice/malpracticein the examination.

xv) Instances for providing incorrect Information and/orprocess violation by an applicant detected at any stageof the selection process will lead of disqualification ofthe applicant from the selection process and he/shewill not be allowed to appear in any SPMCIL recruitmentprocess in the future. If such instances go undetectedduring the current selection process but are detectedsubsequently, such disqualification will take place withretrospective effect.

Essential Qualification:As per Ministry of Human Resource DevelopmentNotification dated 10.06.2015 published in Gazette ofIndia all the degrees/diplomas/certificates includingtechnical education degrees/diplomas awardedthrough Open and Distance Learning Mode of educationby the Universities established by an Act of Parliamentor State Legislature, Institutions Deemed to beUniversities under Section 3 of the University GrantsCommission Act, 1956 and Institutions of National

Importance declared under an Act of Parliament standautomatically recognized for the purpose of employmentto posts and services under the Central Governmentprovided they have been approved by the UniversityGrants Commission.

14. Document Verification:All candidate are required to come for documentverification. Those failing to do so will not be consideredfor final selection. Candidates are also required tosubmit all documents in original for verification at thetime of document verification.

15. General Instruction to be complied by the candidatesin the written examination:In the question papers, wherever necessary, the Metricsystems of weights and measures only will be used.Candidates are not permitted to use calculators andother electronic gadgets. They should not, therefore,bring the same inside the Examination Premises/Venue. If any candidate is found to possessmobile phone or any other means of wirelesscommunication, in working or switched off mode, his/her candidature shall be cancelled forthwith and he/she wil l be debarred from the AIIMS, Jodhpurexamination for a period of three years or more.

16. Mode of Selection:(i) SC, ST, OBC and PH candidates, who are selected on

their own merit without relaxed standards, along withcandidates belonging to other communities, will notbe adjusted against the reserved share of vacancies.Such SC, ST, OBC and PH candidates will beaccommodated against the general/unreservedvacancies in the post as per their position in the overallMerit List or vacancies earmarked for their category,whichever is advantageous to the. The reservedvacancies will be filled up separately from amongst theeligible SCs, STs, OBCs and PH candidates who arelower in merit than the last general candidate on meritlist of unreserved category but otherwise found suitablefor appointment by relaxed standard.

(ii) A person with physical disability (OH/HH/VH) whoqualifies the AIIMS, Jodhpur examination under Generalstandards can be appointed against and reservedvacancy provided the post is identified suitable forperson with disability of relevant category.

(iii) An Ex-Serviceman or Physically Handicapped (OH/HH/VH) category candidates who qualifies on the basis ofrelaxed standards viz. age l imit, experience orqualifications, permitted number of chances in writtenexamination, extended zone of consideration, etc. is tobe counted against reserved vacancies and not againstgeneral vacancies subject to fitness of such candidatefor selection.Such candidates may also be recommended at therelaxed standards to the extent the number of vacanciesreserved for them, to make up for the deficiency in thereserved quota, irrespective of their rank in the order ofmerit. In so far as cases of Ex-Serviceman areconcerned, deduction from the age of Ex- Servicemanis permissible against the reserved or unreservedposts and such exemption cannot be termed as relaxedstandards in regard to age.

(iv) Success in the examination confers no right ofappointment unless Government is satisfied after suchenquiry as may be considered necessary that thecandidate is suitable in all respects of appointment tothe service/post.

(v) The candidates applying for the examination shouldensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions foradmission to the examination.Their admission at all stages of the examination willbe purely provisional, subject to their satisfying theprescribed eligibility conditions. if, on verification, at anytime before or after the written examination, it is foundthat they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions,their candidature for the examination will be cancelledby the AIIMS, Jodhpur.OTHER INFORMATION FOR THE CANDIDATES

(i) Probation period: The period of probation is Two years.(ii) The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be

counted after obtaining the prescribed educationalqualification.

(iii) If required Computer Base Online exam/ Off-line examwill be held in Jodhpur, However, AIIMS Jodhpur reservesthe right to hold examination any other places also.

(iv) The AIIMS Jodhpur reserves the right to cancel a Centreand ask the candidates of that centre to appear fromanother centre. AIIMS, Jodhpur also reserves the rightto divert candidates of any centre to some other Centrewith the Region or outside to take the examination. (v)In view of the huge number of applicants, scrutiny of theeligibility category etc. may not be undertaken at thetime of examination.Therefore, the application may be accepted provisionallyonly. The candidates are advised to go through therequirements of educational qualification, age, physicalstandards etc. and satisfy themselves that they areeligible, before applying and before indicating theirpreference for any particular posts.Copies of supporting documents will be sought onlyfrom those candidates who appear in examination at

the time of data entry skill test/computer proficiency test/document verification. Candidature will be cancelled ifany information or claim is not found substantiated whenthe scrutiny of documents is undertaken by the AIIMS,Jodhpur after the Examination. (vii) Candidates seeking reservation benefits for SC/ST/OBC/PH/EXS must ensure that they are entitled to suchreservation as per eligibility prescribed in the Notice.They should also be in possession of the requiredcertificates in the prescribed format in support of theirclaim as stipulated in this Notice.OBC candidates should ensure that they are inpossession of valid OBC Certificate issued within thedue date, issued by the competent authority.

gateway and the payment process can be completedby following the Instructions.

III. After submitting your payment information in the onlineapplication form, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE INTIMATIONFROM THE SERVER. DO NOT PRESS BACK ORREFRESH BUTTON IN ORDER TO AVOID DOUBLECHARGE

IV. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated.

V. Non-generation of ‘E-Receipt’ indicates PAYMENTFAILURE. On failure of payment, Applicants are advisedto login again using their Provisional RegistrationNumber and Password and repeat the process ofpayment.

VI. Applicants are required to take a printout of the e-Receiptand online Application Form containing fee details.Please note that if the same cannot be generated

online transaction may not have been successful. VII.For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian

Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bankwill convert to your local currency based on prevailingexchange rates.

VIII.To ensure the security of your data, please close thebrowser window once your transaction is completed.

IX. There is facility to print application form containing feedetails after payment of fees.

X. No other mode of payment of fees will be accepted.D. Other Guidelines

I. Applicants are advised In their own interest to apply on-line much before the closing date and not to wait till thelast date to avoid the possibility of disconnection /inability/failure to log on to the Company’s website onaccount of heavy load on internet website jam. IGMHtakes no responsibility for applicants not being able tosubmit their applications online within the last date onaccount of aforesaid reasons or for any other reasonbeyond the control of the IGMH,
