to avoid the full scandal. The illusion of incompetence is a key part of the cover-ups of Katrina, 9/11, the Iraq War and related crimes.

Profiteering about Katrina and Iraq is “disaster capitalism” -- its organizers are competent criminals.

FEMA’s response to Katrina reveals the plan for coping with Peak Oil: deliberately ignore the warnings about the crisis, let the poor drown, and suppress grassroots mitigation efforts.

FEMA blocked aid shipments and unplugged local governmental communication systems (which is malicious, not incompetent). FEMA now has experience evacuating an entire city.

Media coverage of violence in New Orleans after the storm was exaggerated and was used as the excuse for decreasing outside assistance to the survivors at their most vulnerable point.

It is unlikely the levees were deliberately breached (as a few voices claim), but it is true that New Orleans, if rebuilt, will have been ethnically cleansed of its poorest citizens.

Some oil industry officials admit Peak Oil is here or near, but claim technological solutions will ensure we will not have to change the American way of Life.

Peak Oil and other resource conflicts require us to scale back overconsumption. Surviving and thriving after Peak Oil would require widespread relocalization of agriculture (Food not Lawns), profound political shifts and changing the way that money works so it would support a sustainable, steady state economy.

Peak Oil, declining natural gas supplies, soil degradation, and depletion of mineral ores are interconnected. Climate change, toxic waste and habitat destruction are causing a mass extinction of life.

A few voices claim that Peak Oil is not real and is merely an oil company conspiracy to hike profits and gain more control, although they do not suggest taxing Exxon’s profits to revitalize Amtrak or fund renewable energy projects. Some who deny the reality of Peak Oil are just confusing the public to buy time to implement the real conspiracy -- exclude the public from decisions on what to do with the remaining oil (solar panels or battleships?). 9/11Liberal “alternative” media pretend 9/11 was a

surprise attack and that the Bush regime merely “hijacked catastrophe” to get war. These voices include Norman Solomon, David Corn of The Nation, Democracy Now!, Mother Jones and Noam Chomsky. Fahrenheit 9/11 claims Bush was too blinded by Saudi money to act on warnings that 9/11 was imminent.

The liberal left claims the attacks were blowback -- revenge for US foreign policies -- but avoid evidence in the mainstream media that shows the Bush regime deliberately allowed 9/11 to happen (and provided technical assistance to make sure it happened).

9/11 is the pretext for Homeland Security and oil wars. Fore-knowledge is proven beyond reasonable doubt. The Bush regime suppressed FBI investigations (FBI agents had figured out 9/11 was coming), and ignored specific warnings (what, when, where) from allied countries. Just before 9/11, stock trades were made betting United, American and other impacted companies would drop in value -- large trades like these are monitored by CIA.

The “no Boeing hit the Pentagon” science fiction stories ignore the facts. The “no plane” hoaxes imply that the hundreds of eyewitnesses who saw the plane, the crash and the rubble afterwards are lying co-conspirators covering up for Cheney. The physical evidence confirms the eyewitness reports -- the impact zone was as wide as a Boeing 757.
