Our chartering deparments’ main perspective is togive reliable service in the mindset of protecting whichever sides’ rights. Firstly,duties and responsibilities of the chartering and brokering service must bedefined. Thesedays many chartering agreements are signed just because of thebrokerage commissions. An operation held like this can cause some unwantedresults as well as causing some brokers to behave as a gambler in the marketbecause of their never-ending ambitious. At this point, the important issue here isall the articles of a chartering agreement to be reviewed cautiously and for brokerto make sure the both sides’ rights are protected. MS Marine Chartering department is teamed up with experts about “Break BulkCargo” projects as well as IMO Appendix B, heavy lift cargo, project anddangerous cargo. Inventory of Hazardous Materials(IHM)

Ms denizcilik  has developed capabilities to prepare Inventoryof Hazardous Materials (IHM) for ships subject to the EU ShipRecycling Regulation (EU SRR) and / or the Hong KongConvention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling ofShips. Overview From 31 December 2018, new European ships and EU-flaggedships going for dismantling must hold on board an Inventory ofHazardous Materials (IHM) verified by the relevant flagadministration. For all existing EU-flagged ships as well as ships from thirdcountries calling at an EU port or anchorage, the certified IHMwill be required from 31 December 2020. Our team of HazMat experts can prepare the IHM Part I forexisting ships and ships bound for recycling, and ensure they arecertified by a classification society.

Crew Endorsements Services for various Flag Administrations. Even though the requirements may vary, in general the following procedure/requirements apply:Required Information: Specific Flag Administration's Application, properly filled in and signed

Procedure: Based on the submitted copies of the specific Flag Administration's Application / Training Certificates /Supporting Documentation, provisional endorsements (with a 3-month validity) may be obtained (in the formof Letter of Receipt / Certificate of Acceptance of Application etc). Within the validity period of the provisional endorsements, the required original documents as specifiedabove need to be submitted to our offices, in order to be forwarded to the Flag Administration. The Flag Administration will review the submitted information, confirm the authenticity of the Certificatesof Competency / Endorsements with the issuing authorities and then proceed to issue permanentendorsements. Again, the procedure varies between Flag Administrations and permanent Endorsements or PermanentEndorsements and Seaman's Books are issued, valid for 5 years.The procedure for Renewals of Crew Endorsements is the same as above.
