THE PICTURE SHOWS THE WALK-THROUGH ANALYSIS OF THE BURGOS STREET FROM MID-TOWN HOTEL TO CINE MARIZ. THERE ARE DIFFERENT KINDS OF BUILDINGS SITUATED IN THE AREA. THERE ARE MOSTLY COMMERCIAL BUIDINGS. THERE IS A MARKET IN THE AREA. THE AREA FOR THE ANALYSIS IS NEAR THECIVIC CENTER AND THE JUSTICE HALL.

This building is the oldest cinema house in Capiz. This building is now abandoned for years. But it is an eyesore because it is not working and not cleaned. Some garbage from the vicinity are placed here.

This is the only gas station in Burgos Street, the Petron. The site is good for a gas station for it is in the highway

The Injap, Carols and Superstar are the three well known store in Roxas City for it has a cheap goods. For me, the buildings are not zoned properly. It has no parking lots, one of the reason why it is always traffic in the area.

A four storey commercial building located at the corner. It has a Salon at the second floor and rented commercial space at the ground floor. Next to it is another building which is also a commercial, with SuperK renting the ground floor.

A talipapa is located at the both side of Injap which is not a great site for it. For it is not visually good beside a supermarket and a mall. It also causes the traffic. All the buyers parks at the front of the talipapa which is the road.

There are three commercial buildings at the right part of the Burgos Street. There is an hardware, banks and etc. There is also an abandoned lot at the corner before SSS.

The Midtown hotel is located at the center of Roxas City. It has four floors. But it does not coordinate to its surroundings.

Generally, Burgos Street is so crowded especially in the rush hours. Another problem is the parking spaces. They not enough for the vehicles. The place is not zoned properly.

Concluded that the area is not well and good.
