While your evaluation is ongoing you'll be asked to book a feedback meeting for the end of the trial period.
This meeting will give you the opportunity to discuss your findings and to clarify any points which you've found during the trial.
To proceed with an evaluation, or free trial, Lhasa requires a signed agreement.
This will be sent as a draft to begin with, if you have any questions about the agreement you can raise these with your sales representative. The finalised agreement will be sent for signing before the trial starts.

The evaluation will typically be provided for a period of two weeks, and will allow up to 5 users the ability to assess a limited number of compounds using the software.
During the trial, your sales representative will be available to assist with any questions you may have. There are also tutorials available within the software.

Within three weeks of your distribution date, you will be contacted by a Lhasa Account Manager; they will arrange your complimentary training, and will also be available to answer any ad-hoc support requests.
Should you decide to proceed with purchasing the software, Lhasa will need to receive either a purchase order, or a signed copy of our licence agreement.
A draft of the licence agreement will be provided by your sales representative. If you need to gain access to the software before this agreement has been finalised, Lhasa can provide up to 3 months of access following the receipt of a purchase order. This gives time for any agreement negotiations to take place, whilst still allowing you to access the software.

Once either the purchase order or licence agreement is received, your sales representative will arrange for the software to be distributed to you.
The software is provided via a download link; once downloaded, the software can be installed and then a licence code will need to be applied. The licence code will be sent to you in an email, alongside your login details for the Members' area on Lhasa’s website.
