The Warm Coats From Warm Hearts program will see that your gently used coats go to those in the valley who need them most. This winter is scheduled to be chilly and wet in our region, so we are starting up the Warm Coats program early to try to meet the needs of as many people as possible. Starting Today , donation boxes will be located throughout the building where you can drop off your gently used coats for distribution to those who need them. Thank you in advance for your help! PARENTS WITH CHILDREN - Please find information regarding Bible Classes for babies-5th Grade at our Children’s Information Desks. There are several attended nurseries during worship for ages 0-24 months, along with diaper changing and nursing mothers’ areas. All guest children need to be registered at our Children’s Information Desk before going to Bible class.

TODAY - K - 5TH GRADERS – ALL BIBLE TOKENS DUE! - Any K-5th Grader who has received Bible Tokens over the past few months is reminded to turn them in today. Stop by the redemption tables, located just outside the Elementary Hallway, after Bible class this morning.

STOP BY OUR FAMILY PRAYER ROOM - Our MCM Family Prayer Room has a seating area, devotional materials, and a place to leave prayer requests. It’s located directly across from our upstairs Children’s Info Desk. Please stop by on Sundays or Wednesdays. You may pray, leave a prayer request, take a moment to pray over one of the prayer requests or go to the prayer wall and specifically pray over some of our children.

TONIGHT - ANNUAL K-5th GRADE MCM CHRISTMAS PARTIES AT 5PM - It will include food, service project, photos with Santa, & fun activities. Each K-5th Grader will receive our new MCM T-Shirt! A special Preschool Bible Time is planned in C-201 for preschoolers during this time.

MCM FAMILY LIFE GROUPS NOT MEETING TONIGHT - Family Life Groups will not meet tonight due to the K-5th Grade Christmas Party. They will resume next Sunday, December 13.

TOMORROW - UPWARD BASKETBALL PRACTICES CONTINUE! - Practices for our K-7th Grade Upward Basketball Teams continue this week in our Gym. Practices are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

MARK DECEMBER 20 ON YOUR CALENDARS! - Bring your family and join us at 5:00 pm in the Worship Center for MCM’s 3rd annual Christmas play.  These K-4th Graders are excited to share with their church family the hard work that they’ve put into this wonderful performance.  We are also excited to have some of our friends from the Boys and Girls Club join us!  Join us for this memorable night of Christmas worship!

HOLIDAY CHILDREN’S BIBLE CLASS/CHILDREN’S WORSHIP SCHEDULE - There will be no Bible classes on Wednesday, December 23. There is no Celebration Station (Sunday AM Children’s Worship) on December 20 (NOTE DATE CHANGE).

December 30- LOTR Marathon [Lord of the Rings]. Open to all 6-12th Graders. **We changed the date, because so many are taking the ACT. Wednesday night, after class - We will be showing the entirety of the LOTR trilogy. Movies start at 8:00 pm. Pick up is at 8:30 am. Bring a blankie, a comfortable camp chair, a friend, and get ready for one of the best stories of all time to unfold.Price: $20 if you want the official t-shirt. [Must RSVP by Dec. 13]. $10 if you show up at the door. [NO t-shirt if you don’t RSVP] **Look for the email with complete details.

MYAM ALL - Wednesday Small Group - Room M-201 - 6:30 pm. We will determine the goal of Jesus’ ministry as he walked in flesh.

THE BRIDGE - MAYFAIR PRETEEN MINISTRY• Bridge Pack Night - December 9.  We will leave the church at 5:30 pm and return by 8:00 pm. Cost is $5 to cover dinner at the Hampton Cove Chick-fil-A. We are only able to have approximately 40 (including parents), so space is definitely limited. You can sign up at the MCM News Board or by e-mailing Matt. We hope you’ll join us for this service opportunity.

COFFEE WELCOME STATIONThe Six40 Adult Bible class would like to invite you to stop by a Welcome Station at one of the desks in the Lobby 30 minutes prior to our 9:00 am worship on Sundays. We will have free coffee and bottled water. We hope this will provide a great place to meet and greet guests, as well as other members of our Mayfair family.
