We have many new volunteers. We wish to say Thank You , and welcome. We hope you all enjoy our organization and want to become more involved as time goes on. If you have some ideas that you think might be a benefit to WHWB, please share them.

We have three new Work Groups in new areas of Denver: Arvada Baby House (Saturday meeting), Littleton, and Parker. The new Work Group Coordinators are Frances Scott (Arvada Baby Bees), Ruth McCafferty (Littleton), and Diana Stout (Parker). We wish to welcome these new Group Coordinators and thank them very much.

CRAFT SHOWS – 2019 The Craft Shows for 2019 were a great success. We participated in 14 Shows and made over

$8,000 dollars. We recruited new volunteers and had many come to the Baby House to make donations (fabric, yarn, and other items) to support our mission.,

We wish to thank all of the volunteers that contributed items for these sales. There were many new and different items this year…We also received some donations from out of state.

Many thanks to those that manned the booths at the sales. We couldn’t have participated in so many shows without your support. We wish we could thank you all individually, but we want you to know….You are all appreciated for your hard work and support ! We have one volunteer that we need to call by name: Theron Bredeson , he transported to nearly every one of our shows by carrying all of our totes to and from the craft show venues…we don’t know how we could have done it without him…THANK YOU, Theron. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

HAVE YOU VISITED THE WARM HEARTS ~ WARM BABIES … STORE? What’s that? Ok…it’s better known as the Arvada Baby House (6429 D Miller St. Arvada). We are located across the street from the Apex Indoor Tennis Complex. The “store” is stocked with every variety of “donated” fabric known to ladies who sew/knit/crochet. Need supplies for your WHWB project? Why not come by and look? Just interested in at what happens here? Come by. We are open almost every Tuesday & Friday from 10am – Noon. Hours are variable (we are all volunteers with jobs/families). Always call to confirm (303-975-6394). Be sure and look into the “To Be Completed” corner… never know what you will find. Look forward to seeing you. Have donations for WHWB? Bring them with you. See our needed list below: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
