Schedule of Exclusion Equipment’s & Service to be provided by Purchaser

All civil work including design and construction of foundation, drains, sumps, neutralization sump, supports of all types platforms, drain channels, plant building and mass concreting of units [if required], [we shall only provide load data] Instrument quality air including air compressor, air drying unit and distribution network. All electrical works like power supply, cables, cabling cable trays, underground earthing, motor/ local control centers, starters push button station and plant lighting including materials Unloading, storage and security of equipment at site. Skilled, unskilled labour, supervisory staff tools and tackle for erection and commissioning of the plant. We shall provide supervision of erection & commissioning of the plant by our engineer on the terms and conditions mentioned in our offer. Laboratory facilities including necessary instruments, chemicals and staff. Lubricants, oils and grease including the first charges. Water supply at the required temperature & pressure at the inlet of the equipment offered relevant connection from termination points given in our offer. Scope of supply & services not specifically mentioned as forming a part of our offer acid alkali proof lining of required areas like neutralizing sump, acid, alkali, handling areas.

Acids / alkali / chemical & any other consumables including the first charge.

Commercial Terms & Conditions Prices The prices Ex – Dombivali.

Validity 30 Days from the date of quotation.

Taxes GST 18.0% Extra.

Octroi & Freight Extra at Actual shall be borne by Client.

Insurance By Client.

Payment Terms 70% Advance along with purchase / work order.

30% Against inspection at our factory prior to dispatch.

Delivery Within 8 to 10 days from the date of purchase order along with 70% advance.

Installation & Commissioning

5, 000.00 lump sum against supervision, to & fro charges, lodging & boarding charges for two people at actual in advance.

Warranty The unit supplied by us is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of installation & commissioning or 15 months from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier as per the terms & conditions of warranty mentioned in operation manual cum warranty card supplied with unit.
