Waxahachie Lighthouse for Learning, a cooperative effort between Waxahachie I.S.D., the Texas A&M ExtensionAgency, Master Gardeners and other individuals, organizations and businesses, gives you the opportunity to becomea life-long learner with classes beginning February 23, 2015 for the spring semester. These opportunities includeself-improvement, enrichment and academic courses. Classes will vary in length and require registration.

GED TESTING INFORMATION

The GED Testing Center moved to Navarro College beginning January 2014. All potential GED examinees should go tothe GED webpage: ged.com. Students will find information here regarding what is involved to take the test, practice materialsand tutorials. Students will need to create accounts and register for the GED test at this website. Once the registration portionis completed, students will then be directed to the webpage where a test center is selected and GED test scheduled.

Quilting Skill Building -Half Square TrianglesIn this one night class we will work on half-square triangles as you develop the skillsyou need. From the Garden to the Salad BowlAre you ready to try your luck with growingan easy garden, and then take your rewardsto the kitchen for a tasty salad?
