Robot Structure

We designed the robot structure commensurate with the speed and control of the balance and direction of robot.

 At the outset, we have designed the structure of cork material but then Thomas has to replace a cork to metal box in order to achieve a balance condition at the speed of robot. The size of a metal box around 9 * 9 Centimeter which is close to the desired size in the competition 10 * 10 Centimeter.

The first step was to cut 4 squares where the wheels will be on the chassis.

To install the wheels on the metal enclosure we need to cut up between the wheels to be enough to connect with each other.

  After that we put a foma paper over the wheels to make sure that a foma paper is not touch the wheels in order not to hinder the movement of the wheels on the ground. After that we used the vacuum remaining to put the bred board and the battery pack .

We have developed a main battery in the top of the box with the knowledge that there is a battery inside the box in the 2 AA if we want to provide the box worth the effort to 9-volt motors to achieve a short period of time in the competition
