Welcome, Traditional Opening, Introductions Agenda Updates to agenda or other comments Discussion and action steps: 1) Traditional Health Workers Background and Objective : Tribes would like to know more about traditional health workers. What is the required trainings, how do they get certified? Office of Equity and Inclusion will give an overview. Discussion and action steps: 2) Doulas Background and Objective : Nathan Roberts will provide information specific to Doula’s and next steps in the pilot process. Discussion and action steps: 3) Peer Support Specialists Background and Ob jective: There has been conversations with Oregon Family Support Network to collaborate with a tribal workgroup to adapt the curriculum specific to children and families to be more culturally competent for working in tribal communities. NPAIHB has been asked if they could help support this project. OHA may know of other resources to support. Where are we at in the process and what tribes would like to be involved in moving this forward?
