Introduction
Below is a breakdown of the activities completed for part two of the professional growth
plan. This assignment originally proposed certificates to certify completion; however,
certificates are awarded even if quizzes are not passed. Therefore, evidence of course and
quiz completion is presented first. The completion evidence provides information such as the
title of the course, attendance, topics completed, date of completion, date of assessment, and
passing score. All course certificates are presented in the appendix. Two were not completed
and have been noted accordingly within the activity description area.
Reflection on Personal Growth
Through the Element K courses, I have learned that communication must be done
collaboratively in order to align employees, staff, and students, with key organizational
objectives. Clearly defined goals help each group move towards a common objective.
Understanding this concept is essential in becoming a Head of School and can continue to be a
part of my own development that continuously gets refined.
