Gymnastics – Balance
In this weeks lesson, you will be practicing your balance skills. I want you to try and keep in control of your body, which means that you can stay totally still when holding each balance.
In this lesson you have 2 tasks, however Task 2 is an extra challenge for fun
Task 1
Try and copy the balances that are shown below – There are 8 in total
Set yourself a target… what medal are you going to achieve?
BRONZE – You can hold the balance for 3 seconds.
SILVER – You can hold the balance for 5 seconds.
GOLD – You can hold the balances for longer than 5 seconds, and then create a balance.
