Grade Level: Kindergarten

Who is this for?

Kindergarten students and their teachers as well as the parents will be the intended audience. The

teachers will be informed and taught on how to use the applications and what works best. The

students will see all of the options available to them and will find what works best for them. The

parents can see and learn just how beneficial these tools can be and what the students will have

available to them.

What standards will be used?

Teachers will be able to use Standard 1. Which is to Facilitate and inspire student learning and

creativity. When the teacher fully understands the tools and applications available, they can help

with the advancement and learning of their students. These tools will help students become

creative in their learning. Students can become engaged in exploring things that take place in the

real world and will have access to links to further learn into a subject or topic.

Standard 2. Is to Design and Develop digital age learning experiences and assessments. This

standard will also be fulfilled by using technology in tools and applications. Contemporary tools

and resources will be used to maximize learning.

The last standard that will be used and followed by the use of teaching with applications and web

tools would be 3. Model Digital Age Work and Learning. With the use of these new

technologies, teachers will demonstrate a new way of learning. Students can work together with

some of the apps and will be able to collaborate with one another and get involved both inside

and outside of the classroom.

games and activities available and can even work on them at home.

I will be able to see the progress of each application and will also get to see how well the

students have practiced during the role-playing activities. Teaching a younger group of students

may be a little difficult at times using technology, but with practice I believe the students will

advance more and more as time goes on.
