2nd Annual BIG RED MACHINE GLOW RUN 5K

We would like to invite your business to partner with the Vicksburg Band Boosters Incorporated (VBBI) for its 2nd Annual Big Red Machine Glow Run 5K benefitting the Vicksburg Bands. This event will be held on September 17, 2016 at the Vicksburg Trail and Recreation Area.

Sponsorship offers your business a valuable marketing opportunity. We offer several levels of sponsorship and opportunities for involvement that will provide your business with positive brand recognition. The Vicksburg High School “Big Red Machine” boasts the highest participation rate of any organization at the high school…nearly 25% of students (about 200) at VHS are also members of the Big Red Machine. And that’s just the high school! Participation in band at Vicksburg Middle School is at a comparable level. As a sponsor, you can be a part of a fun athletic event that promotes health and wellness in our community and supports a valuable, positive student activity.

Course & Event Description

The course will start and finish near the pavilion on North Richardson Street in Vicksburg. The 5K will be chip timed, and awards will be given to top women and men finishers in each of several age categories. In addition, we encourage participants (kids and adults!) to get in the spirit and dress up in festive “glow” gear. Our intent is to promote a healthy dose of fun!

Agrees to provide financial/material sponsorship for the 2016 Big Red Machine Glow Run 5K. As a sponsor, I understand I will receive the applicable sponsorship opportunities described in this packet. I further understand that these opportunities will not be valid until this agreement is signed and my check and/or merchandise has been issued to and accepted by Vicksburg Band Boosters Inc. As a sponsor, I agree to provide all digital artwork in .jpeg format for all promotional advertising as well as advertising banners when applicable. The deadline for this agreement to be received is August 15, 2016. Sponsorships will still be accepted after that date, but with no guarantee on inclusion in all marketing material.
