*Business Sponsorship

Dear Potential Sponsor:

We would first like to thank you for taking the time to view our sponsorship program. We at the Aloha High School Swim Team are continuing our tradition this year. We are having our annual Midnight Madness Swim. This is a great opportunity for our program to raise funds and your help would be greatly appreciated. The athlete you are working with will have a sponsor sheet in which to record your donation. Attached you will find a sponsorship sheet with a list of different business sponsor levels.

Your Money will be put to great use for our athletic program as well as a great advertisement for your business. .The funds raised will help to purchase and maintain equipment (Timing system, flags, lane lines, fins, kickboards, etc.) for our team, team shirts, as well as help us with scholarships for suits and other gear that some of the swimmers need and without would otherwise be unable to participate. We are a non-cut sport so everyone is included. Your help is greatly appreciated

The Midnight Madness Swim will take place on the 15th of December from Midnight – 2:00am. This is a fun event where we turn off the lights and just use the pool lights. A great way to raise funds and to have a fun team experience.

The funds will be collected after the event and turned in on the 20th of December. When the funds are collected we will provide you with a receipt and our tax ID# for your business. Please make your checks out to “The Aloha Swim Team.

To obtain business sponsorships you will need to approach the business with the levels of sponsorship. When the Midnight Madness is finished we will issue receipts with our TAX ID# for tax purposes to be given to each business when they pay. Each level of sponsorship is also entitled to certain items that will be delivered after payment.

The Green Business Level: $100 - $249

You will have your name listed on the sponsorship tab of our website and four push out notifications advertising your business after a swim meet from our team App. Aloha Warrior swim team.

The Blue Business Level: $250 - $349

The same as the Green level as well as recognition on our website and app for the year and six push out notifications advertising your business after a swim meet from our team App. Aloha Warrior swim team.

The Gold Business Level: $350 and above

The same as both Green and Blue level but able to give business card artwork for recognition on website, App (for one year) and ten push-out notifications advertising your business after a swim meet from our team App. Aloha Warrior swim team.

Please let the sponsor know we will need their business art work for the program and or website
