Survey Analytics

Here are the analytics and graphs taken from our survey that was made on survey monkey:

These analytical graphs show that most people from the adult demographic of 25 – 40 year olds view our product as mostly positive. This is good because this specific demographic is also our product’s target audience and shows that it will be successful. We also received negative feedback however we view this as an advantage as it allows us to see other people’s opinions that may challenge our ideas. This, in turn, allows us to improve our product’s design and make it better overall.

A problem that we came across which negatively impacted the quality of our survey results was that we did not include a description of our product at the top of our survey when we first published it and sent the link out for people to complete it. This means that there would have been confusion as to what the survey was about so we had to quickly edit our survey to add a brief description of our product. Another problem that we had was that unfortunately the description of our product had to be very brief and vague as there was a 100 word limit. This means that people may not have fully understood the concept of our product and therefore did not answer our survey accurately.
