states “Assignment cannot be loaded”.

• Solution: They need to click the “Home” tab (home tab pictured below).

• Scenario: They see the screen below that says they are not enrolled in any courses.

• Solution: They are logging in outside of Canvas using an old account. They need to clear cache and cookies and

login through Canvas and access assignments through Canvas. Here are directions on clearing cache and cookies.
