RESCUE DAYS is the worldwide largest training event on technical rescue. WEBER HYDRAULIK - one of the leading manufacturers of hydraulic rescue systems - initiated a seminar series more than 10 years ago and are continuing it with RESCUE DAYS as an annual highlight.

RESCUE DAYS intends to address rescue workers of diverse nationalities. INDULGE IN AN EXPERIENCE - within the framework RESCUE DAYS participants and instructors, from inland and abroad, can become acquainted with new rescue techniques as well as with the wealth of experience of others.

The number of applications in the field of technical assistance is continually increasing. This can be attributed, not to the least, to the increase in traffic on country roads and motorways.

Time and again, new motor vehicle technology and the diversity of automobiles on the road present new challenges for fire brigades and rescue organisations. Yet, in order to be prepared for these situations, it is necessary to work out various accident scenarios and to gain knowledge on the applied technology. The training covers the areas of car, truck and bus rescues.

All three named vehicle types (car, truck and bus) vary for fire fighters and rescue services in a tactical respect, so that uniform procedures for freeing injured persons from their - often - life threatening predicaments, especially with the application of hydraulic rescue equipment, is not possible or not advisable because of the design.

At the RESCUE DAYS the instructors accompany the participants for three days of theory and practice.

In the practical part, simulated accident scenarios are worked through and new rescue techniques learned.

In particular, it is the international exchange of experience between the participants and the instructors that makes RESCUE DAYS into a unique event.

This year Rescue Days will be held in Heitersheim. The town is in the South of Germany close to the border with France & Switzerland. The event will run from

Rescue Days will of course provide you with the highest quality training from some of the most experienced instructors. What else would you expect from Weber Rescue Systems! The instructors will take you from the initial introduction through to the seminars and finally to the practical side of Rescue Days. Creating an event where new rescue techniques are taught and experiences shared between the international participants.

The implementation of the Rescue Days 1 and Rescue Days 2(now Rescue Days Plus) formats in Bremen last year proved to be very successful. With participation in Rescue Days 2 (now Rescue Days Plus) limited to those that have participated in the first day and includes more advanced techniques and specialist vehicles.

Your package will include entry into the Rescue Days 1 event which runs on rd ththe 3 and 4 October. This course is broken down into two parts and consists of:-
