• Rural Hospitals serve as the heart of health care in their community –

but they face significant challenges which threaten their survival and

the stability of the communities they serve.

• It is important that hospitals and other providers in each community

are able to come together to paint a picture of what is coming in the

near future, and what action items need to occur in order to remain the

heartbeat of their community.

• It’s time for our hospital leaders to get creative, to use the skills of

their team, to create solutions for their hospitals.

Creativity + Skill = Art
