5. Create a spread sheet with employee details such as employee numbers, name, and designation salary. Enter 10 employees information.

i) Resize the cell width and height. ii) Arrange the name column in ascending order.

iii) Format the salary column with decimal up to 2 points. iv) Insert a new column Date –Of-Join between name and designation fields.

6. Create a spread sheet with student details such as Register Numbers, Name, Sub1, Sub2, Sub3, Sub4. Enter 10 students information.

i) Insert a column named serial no. and use auto fill option to fill the series. ii) Use auto sum option to find the total of sub1, sub2, sub3, sub4.

iii) Create a column graph with student name in x axis against total. iv) Name the chart title as marks title x axis title as student and y axis title as

total.

7. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation about classifications of computes. Use various font style, customized bullet numbering; add a new background pattern to the slide. Insert slide animation and add transition effects.

8. Create a blank data base of students with fields like Reg. No., name, address, class, combination, fees, date of admission and enter data into the fields enter brief description of the field, size set Reg, No. as Primary Key. Hide the address field create a form in design view with all the above fields and input data into the table by filling the fields of the form create another table department with fields dept. code, dept_name, dept_head and set a relation ship between student and department.
