Of all the events in life there is probably nothing more memorable and important than your Wedding.

To provide the perfect setting what could be better than a characterful building with its own local history and retaining the features of its period.

Bron Eifion provides all the ingredients, added individuality and charm for your day.

Our professional caring staff are on hand at all times to make sure the big day goes off without a hitch, whether it is a small family affair or a grand social occasion.

Whether you want to get married at the hotel itself in one of our beautiful suites or are planning on a church wedding before your reception, we have a variety of packages available to suit you.

Our unique and beautiful hotel has the perfect setting for your wedding whether you invite 50 to 150 guests in the Garden Suite, or 24 guests in the charming Llechwedd Suite. Even if it’s just the 2 of you we can arrange witnesses!

Bron Eifion is located within five acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, overlooking the sea and with Criccieth Castle and the beach only a five minute drive away there is the added opportunity for those extra special photographs.

Civil ceremonies and partnershipsThere are lots of reasons for having everything under one roof on your wedding day, so we’ve a host of flexible options for civil ceremonies and partnerships. From an intimate gathering to a large party we have the setting, the history and the magic to ensure a truly memorable occasion. There really is something for everyone and we have a dedicated wedding planning team to help you every step of the way.

For a large gathering of family and friends, the Garden Room is an ideal option as we can comfortably seat up to 150 guests for the ceremony and wedding breakfast.

For a more intimate setting, we can accommodate a ceremony and wedding breakfast in the Llechwedd Suite for up to 24 guests.

The Wedding Gazebo offers a beautiful outdoor ceremony setting in the summer months and with 5 acres of idyllic landscaped gardens also makes for some stunning photographs.

The ultimate benefit of holding your wedding reception at Bron Eifion is that we are able to cater for all weather eventualities due the vast, yet homely space we have within the Manor House.

Drinks receptionFollowing your ceremony, a drinks reception will await you and your guests. If the weather is fine, this can be served in the picturesque gardens perhaps accompanied by a harpist or string quartet, and in the winter, the lounge with its roaring fire and welcoming sofas provides an intimate setting. The beauty of the hotel and its surroundings give photo opportunities to cherish, whatever the season.

Drinks packagesOur wedding drinks packages have been designed to make choosing your arrival drink and reception wines as simple as possible. Naturally, if you would prefer a bespoke package we would be delighted to discuss options and ideas with you.

Wedding breakfast Wedding Food and Wine at Bron Eifion is as important as the venue itself and we are proud of the exceptionally high standard and wide variety of menus that are designed to cater for a range of tastes.

Our creative chefs are full of ideas and we have many years of experience creating the best wedding food and wine pairings. We will work with you to create the perfect menu for your wedding day.

And our attention to detail extends to our wines too so when you have chosen your menu, we can arrange a wine tasting to help you choose.

Our drinks packages have been carefully sourced and selected to offer you the best in fine wines and champagnes and we look forward to raising a toast to celebrate your occasion.

Bespoke weddingsOur bespoke wedding service offers the Bride and Groom the opportunity to style and design their wedding day to suit their exact requirements and budget. Our wedding team will strive to meet all your requests to ensure that your wedding day will be a breath taking affair for you and your families to cherish.

Inclusive wedding packagesAt Bron we have created fabulous wedding packages that are ideal for the Couple who are looking for the perfect wedding venue, with no hidden charges and as stress free as possible to organise. The only thing you need to decide is which package is for you!

Staying the nightBron Eifion has 16 bedrooms available for your wedding, each one individually designed, with the Dwyfor Suite reserved for the Bride and Groom. It’s worth noting that your wedding guests can enjoy special rates and not just for the night of the wedding, in fact they will receive the same rate for the duration of their stay! It’s a great way to round off a wonderful weekend before heading home.

Meet the familiesWith friends and families often travelling long distances, the “night before get together” is becoming increasingly popular, and a great way to calm the pre-wedding nerves.

From an informal supper to a traditional family meal you can gather your nearest and dearest around you and enjoy some quality time in advance of the big day. Alternatively you may wish to host a “post wedding Sunday Lunch” to keep the party going and give you a chance to check out some of their photos before you head off for your honeymoon.

Dance the night awayLater will come your evening party, along with the music and dancing it’s a wonderful opportunity to catch up with family and friends. Of course you may wish to extend an invitation to additional guests once the formalities are over. The maximum number of guests is 150.

Whether you choose a late night supper, or an extensive hot or cold fork buffet, the food prepared by our Head Chef and his team is also served to your guests by them, adding that extra element of service unique to Bron Eifion.

Evening weddingsA late afternoon wedding normally takes place between 3.30pm and 5.00pm.

There are many ways you can celebrate a late afternoon wedding. If you choose to bypass the formal wedding breakfast and enjoy a fabulous drinks reception with canapes, we can arrange this for you.

We can then serve a sumptuous evening meal or buffet to suit your preferences. If you want something different from the usual evening disco, we can arrange for some background music to be played during your evening meal.

If you have married abroad, you may wish to celebrate your marriage with family and friends back at home.You can arrange a Return Celebration Party at the Bron Eifion Hotel to extend your celebrations.

We can arrange to display your stunning wedding photographs throughout the evening so you can relive those special moments.

Finishing touches Whatever style of wedding, whatever your budget, you can be assured that our experienced wedding team will be on hand every step of the way to ensure that your wedding day is beautiful and unique.
