BOISDALE OF CANARY WHARF
Boisdale of Canary Wharf is a spectacular two-floor venue located in the heart of Canary Wharf and overlooking the fountains of Cabot Square which comprises a Restaurant, Oyster Bar and Grill, Whisky Bar, Cuban Cigar Library, Shop and Live Music Venue. Boisdale of Canary Wharf is available to hire for weddings and civil partnerships during the week and at weekends. For larger wedding parties it is possible to hire both the first floor and/or the second floor. Alternatively, the whole venue can be booked for up to 200 for a sit down meal or 500 for canapé and drinks parties.

DRINKS RECEPTION
On a bright day the covered and heated Terrace is a lovely space to enjoy the champagne and canapés after the ceremony. The bar on the first floor also offers a suitable area for a drinks reception before the celebration meal.
Boisdale of Canary Wharf holds a wedding licence in the Gallery and Paul Gauguin Rooms for ceremonies for up to 60 people. Both rooms have natural daylight and overlook the Cabot Square fountains.

Occupying the second floor with a view to the City of London skyline, the restaurant can seat up to 200 guests and is one of the most majestic premises to have opened in Canary Wharf in recent years. It bears the distinctive Boisdale design of lacquer red and dark green walls, rich mahogany panelling, with an eclectic collection of classical and modern original artwork.
DJs or bands for your evening party can be organised by Boisdale Entertainment - the one stop shop for all your entertainment requirements whether it be a classic trio for your drinks reception, live music for the evening party or indeed an iconic rock band.

THE WHISKY BAR & CUBAN CIGAR HUMIDOR
Boisdale makes no secret of its predilection for whisky. A noggin or two from the restaurant’s 1000-strong list of whiskies should be part of any wedding at Boisdale. The Bar on the 2nd floor offers a selection of special blends as well as Highland and Islands’ malts complemented by single grain, premium blended, Irish, American and Japanese whiskies.
Boisdale’s 16 square metre walk-in humidor contains one of London’s finest selections of Cuban cigars supplied by Hunters & Frankau as well as one of the UK’s best collections of vintage Cuban cigars provided by Mitch Orchant of G.Gars Ltd. Guests are allowed to sample cigars indoors before making a purchase.
Scotland is Britain’s own natural larder and the source of most of the food served at Boisdale. The quality of the meat, wild game and seafood is impeccable. We offer the best smoked salmon – Scotland’s most famous export after whisky – from small family-owned farms and smokehouses, dry-aged, grass-fed, purebred Aberdeen Angus beef, red grouse from the heather-clad moorlands, Highland black face lamb, venison, plump diver-caught Orkney scallops and native oysters from Loch Ryan.
Many customers come expressly to try the haggis, served traditionally with mash, bashed neeps and a noggin of Scotch whisky only here it’s roasted – never boiled – for optimum flavour and texture. Boisdale’s haggis supplier of choice is Edinburgh’s renowned Macsween.
Pudding, meanwhile, might include the likes of spiced apple and rhubarb crumble, cranachan or chocolate soufflé. Boisdale’s buffet selection starts from £25 and menus for a sit down meal from £35.

The wine and champagne list grew out of Boisdale’s passion for the grape and remains serious about featuring hard-to-find vintages, larger format bottles and best-kept secrets from small producers. Bordeaux, Champagne and the New World are particular strengths of the cellar. Of the 200 or so wines listed including Boisdale’s own brands (Boisdale NV was registered in Champagne as a Marque in 1987 and is madeby Georges Gardet in Chigny-les-Roses), all are still personally tasted and approved by the Boisdale wine buyer and the wine committee. Boisdale also boasts one of London’s best port, sherry and cognac selections. House wines cost from £18.90 a bottle.
