Please remember to park responsibly as it is the children’s safety and well-being that is put at risk if you do not. The KS2 children have had an input about road safety, from a road safety officer, already this term and it is very important that they see parents setting a good exam- ple. Payments to the Office Please can you ensure all money is sent direct to the school office and not sent in your child’s book bag as it is not the teacher’s responsibility to check the bags for money. We have had on a few occasions where dinner money and trip money has not been received at the office until after the due date. Thank you for your cooperation.

Litter

We are having problems with litter on the play-

ground and are making a very determined effort

to resolve this issue. There are plenty of bins on

the playground for the children to put the litter

in, but when they are enjoying playing with their

bins they often forget and drop it on the floor. It would be

appreciated, if you are sending snacks in, that they have the

minimal amount of packaging on them and that you reinforce

the importance of putting litters in bins with them at home.

Parking

We had only been back a couple of days when it was

reported to us that several cars had been parked on

the yellow lines. Please remember to park responsibly

as it is the children’s safety and well-being that is put

at risk if you do not. The KS2 children have had an input about

road safety, from a road safety officer, already this term and

it is very important that they see parents setting a good exam-

ple.

office and not sent in your child’s book bag as it is not the

teacher’s responsibility to check the bags for money. We have
