Love personally packed his vehicle with dozens of coats and got some help un- loading them from some of the children who will receive them. The Timberwolves say more than 4,500 coats have been donated this season, the largest number since he started the drive six years ago. Love signed autographs and took pictures with the children present and gave them tickets to the game against the New Orleans Peli- cans on Jan. 1. He says it’s re- warding to see how far the event has come since he started it as a rookie. Wednesday is the final day of the drive.
