SPORTS REPORT Steve Simpson Shield The Steve Simpson Shield 7-a-side Rugby League carnival will be held on Thursday 20th February, 2020 at Pirtek Park in Singleton. Permission notes were given to the students involved last week. Please ensure these notes are returned promptly so transport arrangements can be finalised. A detailed transport and information note will be distributed once we have received the draw.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Stage 3 Class News Year 5 and 6 have had a great start to 2020. We have been setting up our iPads, getting prepared for a huge year full of technology and working towards great achievements in all Key Learning Areas. We are beginning Term 1 with a study of one of our nearest neighbours - Asia. Students are reading ‘Little Brother’ the story of two brothers overcoming hardships to escape the Khumer Rouge in Cambodia. In Science we will be studying Food and Fibre and the farming of these products. We have begun by looking at the differing types farming within NSW and the location of these farms. We are excited to be working closely with our peers to achieve our own personal goals.
