It is an easy way to get involved in your child’s school. Letters have been sent home to each family today requesting updated parent/carer information. P&C News At 6pm tonight we will be holding our next P&C Meeting and AGM in the school library. All welcome. Thanks to Lyn, Kristy and Kirby who helped man the gates last week at the night footy, we are on again this Wednesday if you are able to help at all please contact me. Congratulations to Seth, Caleb, Louis and Jai who represented the Finley Zone at the Riverina Swimming Carnival in Albury last week, you all did a great job. SAKG COOKING LEVY Please remember that payments for the Semester 1 Stephanie Alexandra Kitchen Garden Cooking Levy are due by the end of Term 1. Students with an unpaid Cooking Levy will not be allowed to eat the food prepared in class until full payment is received.

Make Online Payments It is now possible for parents to make online payments to the school for amounts owing for students, via a secure payment page hosted by Westpac. Payments can be made using either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. The payment page is accessed from the front page of the schools website by selecting $ Make a payment Items that can be paid include voluntary school contributions, subject contributions, excursions, sales to students and creative and practical arts activities (these include band, drama and dance). There is also a category called Other this to cover items not covered in the previous headings, Other can be used to make a complete payment of a school invoice. When you access the $ Make a payment you must enter:

• The student’s name, class and reference number OR

• The student’s name and date of birth. These details are entered each time you make a payment as student information is not held within the payment system. There is also the option to enter the Student Registration Number and Invoice number if you are aware of them, these are optional fields OR ere is also the option to enter the Student Registration Number and Invoice number these are not used at our school, please leave blank. This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner, these details are not passed back to the school. You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. Receipts can be emailed and/or printed. Details of the payments are passed daily to the school where they will be receipted against your child’s account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by the school. For any enquiries regarding the Online Payment process please contact the School Administration Office.

The SRC are holding an Easter Egg Raffle again this year.

We are asking each family to please donate Easter items for the raffle.

Community Notes COBRAM JUNIOR SOCCER ASSOCIATION Registrations for the Cobram Junior Soccer Association are now being accepted. Our format consists of 13 weeks of "MiniRoos" soccer matches. MiniRoos is played on a smaller pitch and has less players on each team thereby giving all players more touches on the ball. The age groups are Under 6's, Under 8's, Under 10's and Under 12's (mixed teams) and an Under 9 girls competition. An Under 14 competition will also be provided if there are enough players. The CJSA season will commence on Saturday April 30th, 2016 at Apex Reserve, Cobram. The cost of registration is $80 per child (with the third or more children from the same family only charged $40 each). All children are registered with Football Federation Victoria and are covered insurance. Registrations are required by March 27th which will allow us to allocate players into teams.
