Shotcrete is sprayed pneumatically onto a surface at high velocity. Known also as “gu-
nite” and “sprayed concrete,” shotcrete ma-terial is mortar or small-aggregate concrete, placed on horizontal and vertical surfaces (PCA, 2013). Shotcrete have been mentioned by the manager several times during the visit. The phot o on the left is the area which are ready for shotcrete. It is really useful as a build-ing process because it is quick and reliable, however it cannot be modify so shotcrete can only be used in areas which doesn’t need much finishing such as walls, bridges, dams, etc (American shotcrete association, 2013).
